I highly recommend Rochester Lettings as a landlord.  I can't thank Chris enough for his help and knowledge that has been fundamental in gaining my trust to let out one of my properties and ensuring that it is rented out in the correct and safe way. We had a nightmare with a previous estate agent called hatch batten who rented our property to a tenant without insuring the deposit and first months rent were cleared funds. Rochester Lettings are true specialists in this industry and there is no other estate agent I would want to rent my property through in the future.

I have currently renewed my tenancy agreement with Rochester Lettings after a successful first year which proves how great they were to work with! The team are easily accessible at all times and extremely knowledgeable on all queries, the ‘call outs’ were great and have a good relationship with the team which is great and sorted any problems that did arise with my property to a fair price! Subsequently we have also opted to use Rochester Lettings for another one of our properties with viewings, referencing and move in dates all sorted by the team with not much input needed from myself which is perfect for a landlord. I would thoroughly recommend their local expertise if debating using a letting agent! Thanks Team!

We couldn’t be happier with Emma’s service and Rochester Lettings overall. From the beginning, our enquiries were responded to quickly and professionally, nothing was too much trouble. The house was spotless and well presented. There was a tiny hiccup with the keys, but Emma resolved this within 30 minutes. I have dealt with multiple agencies in Medway such as Linda Matthews (unfortunately), Regal Lettings, Dockside Lettings, and Rochester Lettings are easily the best. Chris and his team have been looking after my flat at Chatham Quays for many years. They are a team with young professionals full of energy and conscientiousness. I made it very clear at the start that I wanted an agency who can take care of many things for me because I have a very busy work schedule. they almost never bothered me, but they still inform me with important matters. They are responsive and always there. I find Chris extremely honest and effective. He is always to the point and don’t waste your time. It’s great to see young professionals love what they do. Great company, great people. Been a pleasure the last few years. All properties have their issues but this is the first agent that seemed to genuinely care. Had a large sudden leak in my first year with them. Woke up around 2am to find the kitchen and lounge completely flooded. Called the 24 hour emergency number and Chris was here in 15 minutes or so to assist in dealing with the problem and an engineer shortly after. I couldn't of been more relieved. Thankfully that was the only big issue! I also appreciate all the help and advice with my move into my own home! Thanks guys!

I joined Rochester Lettings in 2013 and have never looked back. From the very start, as a prospective landlord, I was greeted with a warmth and affection that you only get from family or close friends. It's a family run business and I felt a sense of welcome and acceptance immediately. I have been fully supported, guiding and offered advice on so many different matters. Any repairs etc were carried out quickly and completed to a high standard. The staff are ALL so AMAZING and friendly. They go out of their way to help you and keep you updated, there have been so many jobs that I couldn't undertake personally, that they took over and did for me. I can't praise these guys enough. My review wouldn't be complete if I didn't take time to acknowledge Chris. Chris is the most down to earth, approachable, friendly and VERY knowledgeable manager/owner of the business. When I accepted a job in the USA, the team at Rochester Lettings helped me let out my house and managed it wonderfully. Being in a different country, it was great to know that everything was being taken care of so well. Communication was always clear and thorough. After five years, I decided to sell the house. Advice and help throughout this process was again clear, thorough and absolutely invaluable.
