GoogleDo not let this company rent your property, I trusted this company and they are totally negligent in maintaining your investment, boilers are not serviced and properties are not checked upon!!!! Beware as it’s cost me a fortune, also I have before and after photos to prove how negligent they are
Hello Steve, We are saddened, however not surprised by the review you’ve left. We want to keep this reply respectful and somewhat short, knowing there is a lot of history to this. Our obligations under the management agreement were completed to the satisfaction of the other joint Landlord of the property. The property was checked regularly, all compliance was fulfilled, and the property handed over to yourself after you had personally visited the property and met with the Tenant. All boiler maintenance in respect of your property was carried out under your own policy with British Gas Homecare and is therefore entirely determined by the details of the policy and not by us. We’ve contacted you following your review to try and find an amicable resolution. This is clearly not possible right now, but our door will always remain open. Wishing you the very best in your future endeavors.

GoogleI first rented my flat through this family business in 2014, using their full management service as my job saw me routinely abroad. All aspects of managing my flat were taken care of, tenants found and checked so that I didn’t have any issues over the years. Regular maintenance was conducted, new safety regulations adhered to. Communication was great, so I knew what money was being spent but without having to be too involved, which would have proved difficult at times with my busy job abroad. Having now returned to the UK and made the decision to sell the flat, this was also completed brilliantly by Rochester Lettings. Thank you for all the years of help. Can’t recommend this agency highly enough.

GoogleI recently had an issue with a dripping bathroom in my property managed by Rochester Lettings. I'm thoroughly impressed by their efficient and professional handling of the situation. Zoee, in particular, was outstanding in her role. She consistently kept me updated through emails and phone calls, ensuring I was in the loop at every stage. Her dedication to resolving the problem was evident, and I'm pleased to report that the issue was solved promptly and effectively. It's rare to find such a high level of service and professionalism. Kudos to Zoee and the Rochester Lettings team!

GoogleRecently moved away from Rochester but while I lived there I was under the loving care of Rochester lettings. The flat I rented was amazing for me and my partner. The moving in and moving out went smoothly thanks to a very helpful young lady called Demi. While we lived there we didn’t need many interactions with the letting agents but when we had some minor snags at home it needed only one phone call and we had engineers out to solve and fix our issues. Couldn’t fault this loving family letting agency and if I could give 10 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
