GoogleI was a tenant with Rochester lettings while being a student. This estate agency was so wonderful, helpful and responsive in my time in Rochester. The estate agency also made my mum feel comfortable and that I was left in safe hands if I was to ever have any problems.
Chris, especially was amazing. He was my main point of contact and was wonderful to all of us and was always in a position of contact if there was any sort of problem.
This agency made my three years in Rochester memorable, relaxed and comfortable!

GoogleI recently rented an apartment from Rochester Lettings. Having been renting properties for the last ten years, they have been by far the best letting agent that I have experienced.
Viewing and renting a property was an easy process and there were no qualms with any changes I wished to make to the initial inventory. The staff have always been extremely friendly, professional and accommodating - especially around arranging viewings / inspections around my shift pattern if the initial suggested time did not suit.
On conclusion of the tenancy, there were no issues with regards to getting my deposit back as the property was kept in a reasonable state of tidyness during my time there. It was an easy, fair and there were no unreasonable expectations outlined within the contract for the 'check out' process.
I would whole heartedly recommend this company to friends and family. I am only moving on as I have managed to purchase a property, otherwise I would be happily staying for some time to come!

Having used other letting agents over the years in Medway I can safely say that the service, professionalism and friendliness of each and every member of staff is the best we have ever received. We can't fault our experience and I would highly recommend them. They are quick to respond to issues, our house was maintained to an exceptionally high standard and they seem to have a very good relationship with their landlords which makes for a smooth tenancy.
