GoogleAbsolute joke of an estate agents getting all landlords to increase there rent just so they can get more commission and making 100s of familys homeless in the process great job! Also when you do get a section 21 they then charge you 40 pound an hour to get your things out of the house dont use this estate agents.

Thanks for the glowing reference. We work for the landlord and part of that job is to ensure that the rents are at market rate and that the investment works to ensure security for the tenants. We have done that and no landlords have had to sell up and make tenants homeless. Yes if you havnt moved your stuff out by the day you leave and we need to send someone to open the house and wait whilst you remove your belongings we charge £45 per hour.

It's taken us almost 5 weeks after moving out to get our deposit returned as RD were trying to charge us for mess left by their own workmen.
