GoogleBe care with reddoor.. They will make the property look amazing then move you in knowing there is a bad rat problem in the property.. Then when you cry out for help they ignore you.. Then when you have a mentle break down they put the rent up making your life even harder... You beg and beg them to sort the property out, full. Of excuses all the time.. and now me and my children are suffering mentally.. They still don't care.. Would rather take us to to court to gain posseion of their property back again

Since you moved in with your partner, there have been consistent issues with late rent payments and arrears, despite our previous attempts to address this through legal channels resulting in a CCJ against both of you. Despite this, you continue to refuse to vacate the property.
It's important to note that the landlord has the right to implement annual rent increases, and if the new rate is unaffordable, it's advisable to seek alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate and resolve issues have been hindered by unanswered calls and ignored visits, despite evidence of your presence in the property.
Taking responsibility for the situation would involve engaging with us and allowing access when needed, which could have potentially prevented the current circumstances, including the impending eviction due to rental arrears. These challenges have caused significant strain on the landlord, both financially and emotionally, as they continue to cover the mortgage while you remain in the property without paying rent.
We hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for future landlords and agents conducting referencing checks, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges posed by your tenancy.

GoogleCurrently renting a property through this company and the management team take the typical approach of hiding behind missing the email/raised fault or not something the landlord is responsible for. As a result, do not have the current information on gas and electricity provider, no stable Internet or TV and several discrepancies between the inventory and the reality of the property which are left unresolved. On the flip side, they have a fantastic sales team which is why we are here in the first place.

GoogleThe worst experience ever. I paid for the boiler to be repaired because I called them on Thursday afternoon and they booked an engineer on Monday. They said 3 days is reasonable time. I paid an engineer on Saturday and the guy just put it on. The boiler still needs work but they lied me every day and refused to give me the landlord details. The boiler will soon blow up. High pressure and they do not bother to do it. Again tomorrow (Wednesday) someone will coming
I will get my kids and sleep in the Council if do not get it done as soon as possible .

Hi Dumitru,
Thank you for the opportunity to explain the situation with a bit more context. When you called on Thursday afternoon with a problem with your heating we went through some troubleshooting for you to try. On Friday you called and said that these had not worked and a plumber attended Friday but left as he refused to work at the site. You then said you would organise your own plumber to fix the issue. Saturday you informed us that your plumber had been and the heating was on. Monday you called for an update which we reminded you that you had fixed the issue and you where going to invoice us for the work. You then advised us that your plumber had bypassed the thermostat and still required our plumber. A plumber was then instructed and attended on Wednesday (you where not a priority as you had heating and hot water) and CHANGED THE BATTERIES IN THE THERMOSTAT which resolved the issue. I can confirm that dead batteries in a thermostat will not cause a boiler to blow up and there was never a danger of this happening.
