Their photographer did a brilliant job showcasing my home, and my house was sold for full asking price within 3 weeks! Excellent estate agency - puts the other so-called ‘market leading’ local agents to shame with their low valuations - makes you wonder if some of them just want easy commission - definitely not so with Ryder & Dutton!
