GoogleThe sale of my property actually happened before lockdown. I was extremely pleased with the way that the team at Ryder and Dutton organised the viewings and the price I was able to achieve which was above asking price. And then lockdown came and everything stopped, the sale couldn't complete. Post lockdown, Lisa took over the sale of the property and she has been absolutely brilliant despite the very, very challenging circumstances. She communicated with me very regularly and ensured that the process kept moving forward. She was always available if I had questions or needed information. The sale has now completed successfully and I can't recommend the team at Middleton highly enough.

GoogleOur grandma chose Ryder and Dutton to sell her house as they had sold a number of other properties on her street. They arranged block viewings to cause her minimal upheaval and generate interest and were generally proactive in trying to attract a buyer. In my opinion they really came into their own when a sale was agreed, Lisa our sales negotiator was outstanding. She chased the solicitors in all parts of the chain on a weekly basis and couldn’t have been more helpful in progressing the sale and keeping us up to speed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them on her service alone - there may be cheeper ways to sell tour house but you really do get what you pay for.

We were always able to speak to someone, even through this difficult period of Covid. They always followed up and came back to us with answers in a timely manner. They were always friendly and passed the messages onto Lisa Royle, if she was not available at the time to take our calls. Lisa always returned our calls and gave us feedback very quickly. Not a very good experience selling our house with them ,it seems they under value properties to sell quick and make them laak good disregarding the interest of the seller this is regarding Middleton branch

I recently rented a property for just over two years with the lettings side of Ryder and Dutton. Couldn't be more impressed. What few problems I did have with the property over the two years (minor electrical issues and the like) were dealt with expeditiously, usually via a local contractor with whom R+D would already have a relationship. Highly recommend if you're looking to move to an area that they cover!
