Recently sold our house with Ryder & Dutton and what a fantastic service we received. It started with Martin who valued our property and then Tracy who helped arrange viewings and offers. We were constantly kept up to date and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. Once we accepted an offer Emmy took over our sale and she was fantastic. Always at the end of the phone to offer us reassurance and advice. Emmy you really did help keep us sane. We can't thank you enough. 11 out if 10 would definitely recommend

GoogleAs first time buyers, we had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa, she was fantastic throughout the whole process and couldn't fault her. The purchase has been a roller coaster but Lisa was always friendly, approachable and she always gave us all the time on the phone whenever we called( unlike our solicitors!). I would 100% recommend.

Having tried 2 other agencies (1 online & 1 traditional) it was only R&D that achieved viewings and a sale. Their follow up was good and the staff helpful. An example of value- not the cheapest but worth it!

GoogleUnfortunately selling my home was far more stressful than necessary throughout the process. At the start things were going well up until the point when my house was sold subject to contract. I had stressed numerous times from the beginning that I did not want to find myself in the situation that my house would be sold when I hadn't found something else and that I would need to leave any sooner than that, but I have found myself doing exactly that. It often felt as though Ryder and Dutton was working at the best interests of my buyer rather than myself as the seller despite the high fees they charged to have them sell my home. It might be that their services are fine as long as you're not part of a chain, however because of my experience I cannot in good faith recommend them if you're planning on selling a home as part of a chain.NegativeValue

GoogleMy parents and I just bought a house through Ryder and Dutton Middleton. We just moved to the UK so we are not so familiar with the purchase process. It is grateful to have Lisa Royle with us dealing with all the complex stuff from answering our questions regarding the house, arranging viewings, forwarding messages between different parties, submitting documents to regular updates with fast and accurate responses so that we can complete the purchase within 2 months. GoogleWe used Ryder & Dutton Middleton for our house sale in August 2021. Our contact for the sale was Richard Boyle who was fantastic from start to finish. He was easy to contact, kept us up to date with progress throughout and was on hand to provide advice and assistance when needed. The valuation was carried out by Oliver who was very clear and knowledgeable. We particularly liked how he wasn't pushy and seemed very genuine which is why we chose to go with R&D over 2 other valuations we had. We also had dealings with Jordan who helped with our listing and was quick to support us when needed.

Initially, there was some miscommunication from the person who attended the house viewing as she did not have answers for some of the questions I had. However, I placed an offer for the property through Claudette Cole who was very helpful throughout the purchase and kept me updated throughout the duration of the sale.
