GoogleHad a terrible time with ryder and Ditton middleton. Staff very very rude. We put an offer in on a property. We kept asking how our offer went we were then told by a staffember the vendor went with a young family. So our offer had been refused based on age which is age discrimination I would have thought.It is not a problem someone else getting a property but when the estate agent laughs at you and tells you it was based on age then it is age discrimination. When challenged the estate agent he became very rude. I would not deal with Ryder and Dutton again and certainly not use them or spend my money with them.

GoogleIve just purchased my first house through Ryder & Dutton Middleton working with Lisa Royle. For a first time buyer this has been absolutely stress free, quick and easy and exchanged in 3 months. Lisa was extremely helpful with any questions and queries I had and the solicitor/conveyancer they recommended have also been extremely responsive and thorough. Absolutely recommend buying through R&D with Lisa!

Buying this house meant everything to us and we felt she wanted it for us just as much as our family and friends. We were always met with kindness from the whole team.
