Alex was my negotiator at Ryder and Dutton , Rawtenstall and organised the sale from start to finish. I cannot speak highly enough of the service received , Alex was magnificent, friendly, professional and always on hand. The service as a whole from start to finish could not have been a better and was beyond efficient. The whole team were great but Shannon also deserves specific recognition , an ultimate professional, very dedicated and a great person too. I look forward to dealing with everybody again soon. I decided to move my rental property over to Ryder & Dutton due to awful management from my previous agency. Leann was my first point of contact and met with me at very short notice in order to get my property marketed and viewings booked. Viewings were arranged quickly. Leann was amazing from start to finish, professional and personable and kept me updated throughout the process. Once we were in the application process I was passed over to Carmel who again, was brilliant. There was some delays that were out of her control but she kept me up to date every step of the way and pushed to get my new tenant in as soon as possible. After a negative experience in my first year of being a landlord due to the poor management of the previous agents, I now have peace of mind that my property is in safe hands.

Thanks to Michaela for her help & perseverance when we sold our home and bought a new one with Ryder and Dutton. She was always on hand to answer any questions we had & follow up with the chain when needed. In a time when things have been uncertain with interest rates etc we managed to sell within about a week twice & finally found our new family home with her help. Thanks again. Ryan is an amazing estate agent. Helped us massively through our first house purchase which wasn’t a smooth ride. Always responsive over email and great to talk to over the phone. He’s great at breaking stuff down and explaining matters to you so a regular person can understand. If I come to sell my house in the future, he would be the first person I would call.

Having bought our first house, we were made to feel so comfortable with the process of buying a house by Ryder and Dutton. Conor and Michaela who were dealing with our mortgage, were amazing to deal with. Any queries, issued or information that we needed, they dealt with in an acceptional time frame. There was no question that was a silly question which helped us both when understanding the process for buying a house. We would highly recommend both of them.
