GoogleBought our first home through Ryder and Dutton and Lauren was our sales advisor. Absolutely brilliant! There to comfort you in the stressful times and was able to answer all our questions. She Responded to emails/phone calls as soon as she could and also had a good rapport with us! Due too working away from home there were a few more obstacles than normal however they were dealt with exceptionally by her. Thanks again lauren!

Ryder and Dutton have recently sold a property of ours, Nichola, Laura, Leanne, Martha and Kim have worked so hard to get the sale over the line having a very difficult buyer. We have used Ryder and Dutton in the past and will continue to use them in the future. When I put my house up for sale recently I wanted to use a firm that I thought would have a greater coverage area, so I decided to use Ryder & Dutton. They gave me a very fair, and as it turned out, acceptable valuation on my house.My wife and I had numerous viewings arranged very conveniently at times that suited us, by the extremely helpful and curtious staff.We were very impressed in particular though with our sales negotiator Nancy Holden. She kept us well informed of progress, any problems that arose and solutions provided and she was very proactive in dealing with various parties involved in the sale. She was always very pleasant and cheery to talk to on the phone and keen to provide a very professional service expected of a long established firm such as Ryder & Dutton.In all, she made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it otherwise could have been and is well worthy of our gratitude.

I instructed Ryder Dutton Rochdale to act in the sale of my Victorian terraced and rather dilapidated house in November last year. The sale has just been completed after an initial sale fell through because of bad faith by the then purchaser. What made this possible was the totally professional, expert and dedicated attention I received at all times from Lauren Coomber the Branch Co-ordinator. We had to contend with numerous obstacles along the way and she always managed to overcome them them and ensure there was a positive outcome. I also found her a great communicator and she constantly kept me updated with developments. I can therefore fully recommend this firm and branch with regard to residential sales. Kevin Goodwin

Completely unprofessional. Booked me in for a Sunday which was great. I got all the cobfirmation emails and turned up at the appointment. It took me half an hour of driving to get to the appointment and when i arrived i was rudely told that i cant see the property because they cancelled the appointment and could not be bothered telling me that they cancelled the appointment. Completely untrusthworthy and a waste of time and i honestly feel truly sorry for anyone working with them
We would like to offer our sincere apologies for this appointment not going ahead. As we discussed, in this particular instance our client could not provide access to the property due to unforeseen circumstances at very short notice. We will endeavour to rebook your appointment at the next available opportunity and wish you well in your continued search for a new home

GoogleI cannot say thank you enough to R&D, especially to Lauren Coomber who was unbelievably patient and understanding in an exceptionally long-winded and complicated sale/purchase process. Because of R&D's hard work we are now in our forever home and we were able to sell our property at a figure we were happy with.
