She ensures that any tenant issues are communicated to me promptly and arranges contractors as required. Recently Moira has gone above and beyond while dealing with some maintenance issues that had to be resolved between a change of tenants. Avoid this place at all cost. I placed and offer giving the asking price for a property, I called 3 times to ask for an update only to get a response "we will let you know once the seller decides". Today I got an email that my offer was rejected and no option to increase it. When I called to discuss, willing to increase my offer significantly, I was told that I should have increased my offer even if it hadn't been rejected. 41 years of life never heard that before, that's completely against the laws of "offer and acceptance".Also the advice I was given was to always offer my top offer straight away, ok that's another new for me. Next time I will offer 50% above asking price to entertain myself and waste peoples time.

GoogleHaving just moved house with Ryder and Dutton in Rochdale I would like to put on record the following This particular sale and subsequent move was a difficult and challenging one for a variety of reasons but throughout the procedure the entire staff at the Rochdale branch were absolutely on it for which I thank them sincerely , however throughout the procedure one person was without doubt the one I relied on most and she never failed to deliver the lady in question was Lauren whether it was something simple like offering supportive words or just a cheerful friendly voice when things didn't appear to be going anywhere, to chasing and getting the very latest information for me Lauren was always on the case and never failed to deliver and I always came away whether it was from the office or the telephone feeling more optimistic and confident having spoken to her, at this point Lauren from me to you a real big thank you.
