GoogleHaving just moved house with Ryder and Dutton in Rochdale I would like to put on record the following This particular sale and subsequent move was a difficult and challenging one for a variety of reasons but throughout the procedure the entire staff at the Rochdale branch were absolutely on it for which I thank them sincerely , however throughout the procedure one person was without doubt the one I relied on most and she never failed to deliver the lady in question was Lauren whether it was something simple like offering supportive words or just a cheerful friendly voice when things didn't appear to be going anywhere, to chasing and getting the very latest information for me Lauren was always on the case and never failed to deliver and I always came away whether it was from the office or the telephone feeling more optimistic and confident having spoken to her, at this point Lauren from me to you a real big thank you. GoogleLauren Coomber was the estate agent in charge of the property I was buying and she was absolutely brilliant. I had a lot of issues along the way with regards to solicitors and Lauren was very helpful in getting all of these sorted. If it wasn’t for her I believe I would have been waiting a lot longer to get my house. For anyone who is lucky enough to have her dealing with the property you’re buying, you’ll be in good hands.

GoogleWe just sold our house through Ryder and Dutton. Lauren Coomber was our lead sales advisor and she led from the front. Although the sale was a bit long-winded, though not through any of her fault, we got there in the end. She always kept us up-to-date with every step of the way. Even when she was busy she made it a point to get back to us. She was approachable, courteous, efficient and throughly professional. She was an all-around star.

From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff at Ryder and Dutton. We were kept informed and up to date at every step, and always felt that we had access to assistance if it was needed. Although we mainly dealt with Claudette and Lisa, any member of staff was able to assist us. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryder and Dutton, or use them again in the future.
