I recently sold a property through Ryder and Dutton, the sale took a long time to complete, which was not anybody’s fault it was a series of unavoidable situations.However, I must say that the office was good and especially Geraldine Marsden, who took over the sale once a buyer had been found.One point that was so helpful was that Geraldine would contact me to say “ There’s no progress as yet, but I’m chasing it” This at least gave me the confidence that I had not been forgotten.Excellent service and thank you Geraldine.

Catherine was amazing for us throughout the whole process, I must of harassed her more than the usual buyers and she never once came across anything less than professional.
