We didn't sell with Ryder & Dutton but we bought a property they were selling. We had a few issues along the way with our sale and one of the move managers, Geraldine Marsden, was so helpful and informative in terms of the progress and updates. Despite not selling with them, she continuously provided updates, chased things for us and then as always pleasant and contactable when required. Thanks Geraldine, you made a stressful process that bit easier!

The team is great and they did assist us promptly for evereything during the purchase process. Also, we did choose to have all the other services they offer from their partners, like the solicitor and conveyancer (Niki has been great!) and we had a very fast purchase. GoogleA very bad experince with this estate agents. I wanted to book a viewing for a house I really liked and on the 21th (second day the house was on the market) I rang and they said 'we're not currently taking viewings on the house and we'll ring you when we are'. I then rang on the 22nd and the same answer was given to me that they werent taking viewings at the moment. I asked what the reason was and they said the home owner isnt ready to take viewings. After not hearing back from them I then ring today (26th) and they tell me they're not taking viewing anymore and and the highest offer would be acctepted and that they had block viewings. I told the lady on the phone that I was told that i would be informed when viewing would take place and her responses was that we tried to ring you on the 21st for a viewing. How did you try to ring me on the 21st when I rang on the 21st and 22nd and was told 'not taking viewings at the moment. I have proof of logs and if a manager wants to listen to the calls, my names is on the top because your team is lying. Not sure why maybe the name doesn't fit.

At Ryder & Dutton we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to all of our customers and I was disappointed to find this was not your experience. As discussed, we had tried to contact you once viewings had opened on the 21st March and left a voicemail for you, however it does appear that subsequent communication between ourselves might have been better, so once again I do apologise. This property has been very popular so viewing slots were taken very quickly however we will endeavour to ensure you do not miss the opportunity to view any other property which may be of interest to you.
