The personal touch boosts everything. People were approachable and kept appointments on time. ,any concerns were speedily addressed, and any difficulties explained. I really cannot see how service could be improved. However being in a senior age group I found use of emails and remote signing daunting and off putting - could old fashioned paper be offered as an alternative?

Perfect service from start the finish. We mainly dealt with Kia who made the process so easy and stress-free for us as first time buyers. She helped in anyway she could and kept us in the loop.
