False advertising

Hi just a warning to people Keenans rawtenstall advertising a property in bacupWe fell in love with, had the survey and local searches done at a cost of around £1500 only to find out that what they advertised was totally misleading the property advertised parking for six vehicles which the property does not have.very poor communication from our initial offer so anybody thinking of buying from these please check everything before making an offer we feel so let down, and would never use them again.

We employed Keenans to sell our house. They sucessfully sold the house for us but unfortunately after three months the buyers cancelled the sale. Keenans were extremely professional and immediately re-advertised the property. The staff were excellent, they always turned up for viewing appointments, kept us regularly updated on the progress of the new sale and provided informative and helpful feedback at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending their company to sell your property.

A professional Company

I found Keenan's to be very professional from the outset. The quality of the photographs online was excellent and James did a good job of the escorted viewings. Aaron and Nicole liaised with me with feedback after every viewing, and after any conversations with the purchaser and solicitors. They also phoned me on a weekly basis so I always felt that I was kept in the loop. I can highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Couldn’t recommend Keenans enough. The sale of my property was smooth and efficient, and very professional. The Photographer Lacie was more than professional. I was having renovations on my rear patio at the time, but she still manages to get the right angles. Couldn’t recommend anybody else.

From the moment I contacted the agency and wanted to make an offer to buy the house, I had the impression that they already knew in advance to whom the house would be sold. I made an opening bid, asking to be let know if someone outbids me. Unfortunatel I was not given the opportunity to raise the offer, I was only informed that it was rejected. This is the first time I have encountered such a terrible estates agency.

I’ve enquired on a few properties for sale as I have just got my mortgage certificate and looking to purchase my first house I was recommended to use Keenan’s however after phoning and leaving a voicemail, messaging on whattsapp and leaving an enquiry on right move no one’s got in touch with me at all.
