GoogleI found Cowell Norford estate agents in Rochdale to be excellent, from the valuation, photos and video to the sales negotiation I was kept well informed of everything that was happening, and was always dealt with in a friendly manner, I would like to thank Dominique, Craig, Ben, Sharon and the team for everything.

GoogleGreat Service. I got recommended Cowell Norford by a friend and even though the property I was selling wasn't local I was reluctant to start with. I'm so glad I did as Danielle made this such a quick and easy sale. (it had been on the market a long time with a local estate agent) The friendly and professional approach worked for me as the seller and for the buyer. Thanks Again

GoogleThanks so much Danielle. You helped me through selling my first home every step of the way. Answering my calls and texts late at night, sundays, early morning! You’ve definitely proved why you’re the best estate agent in the UK and why you charge slightly more. After 10 months of trying to sell with someone else, you took over and sold it for more than expected, in under 1 month. Can move on to my next chapter and it’s all because of you’re help. Will 100% be using you next time I move, and would recommend you to anybody. Not just estate agents, far far more. Thank you.

GoogleI cannot praise the team at Cowell Norford enough. They just made a difficult and potentially stressful process easy and smooth: always available to answer queries give advice and feedback. Our property was beautifully displayed and described online and viewings dealt with in such a friendly and professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Lee, Danielle, Johnny, Harry, Dominique for all your hard work, especially during the difficulties of this Covid period.

GoogleA massive thank you Dominique who went above and beyond to sell our property. In constant contact and kept us updated weekly. It was a tough one but she handled it in a true professional manner and did a lot of the leg work on our behalf chasing up solicitors etc. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

This has been a really tough move and Danielle showed incredible kindness and sensitivity throughout. I would come back time and time again just to deal with a professional such as Danielle. I really can't praise her enough. Thank you.PositiveQuality

GoogleBen and his team worked their magic once again, and have gone from an offer being accepted to completing in a RECORD 15 days. Ben's Track record speaks for itself If you're serious about getting stuff done property wise, get in touch with Ben Turner, and stop wasting your time with anybody else.

GoogleWe will pick our keys up from Cowell-Norford on Friday. The whole process has been superbly handled by Danielle from start to finish. We tried to obtain a mortgage via another well know provider, however, they let us down and Danielle recommended James at Rochdale branch. He sorted it for us and now we look forward to moving into our new home. Big thanks to the whole team at Cowell-Norford who have been and super helpful! I fully recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property.
