💎 From my initial call to view a property, which I had a great pleasure of dealing and contacting Amy in regards to. It was just such a seamless process and always greeted with a smile by Amy and the team at Rochdale. 💎 Amy went 1 step further by introducing me to their in house Mortgage Broker (Adam) who was also as good as Amy and gave us the best mortgage offers he could with always ensuring to keep me fully up to date with each time things progressed. 💎 Amy always took my call and returned my call when I needed it, to ensure to provide support where she could with details to anything I did ask for with great negotiation skills on both sides. 🫡 I would like to Thank Cowell Norfold for having a great set up, lovely office but mainly Amy for her great customer service skills and working to secure my new forever family home! Amy & Christina were second to none! ⭐️⭐️ We had so much stress towards the end of our sale, due to our buyer’s solicitor mainly (buyer was utterly lovely btw) and both Amy & Christina were on it and understood how urgent everything was, due to the fact that two house sales were in the balance, plus the prospect of us losing our lovely new home which we are also moving our parents in to. We did have one negative experience with a senior female colleague, who around 3 weeks before completion said to me in a blunt way that ‘everyone needs to calm down’.. and going off how the following 3 weeks played out, we were justified in our concern. If she’d have had elderly parents, anxious and worried that they were going to be left vulnerable if our sale and purchase fell though, I’m sure she’d have felt the same. We did exchange pleasantries after her initial comment and she was fine during the rest of the phone call and I am sure she is a nice person, but unfortunately, her approach at the start unsettled me and I am just relieved that Amy & Christina took the helm. We couldn’t have asked for two more lovely people to help us with this. Thank you ladies ♥️♥️

Can’t recommend the team at Cowell Norford enough. Craig did a brilliant job with our valuation right at the start. His local market knowledge was spot-on, and he gave us complete confidence heading into the sale. Once we were listed, Amy and Christina were absolute legends. They kept us in the loop non-stop, sorted out every detail, and made the whole process totally stress-free. Always friendly, super proactive, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. If you’re selling your place, definitely go with Craig, Amy, and Christina. Top-class service!

My partner and I recently sold our first family home with Cowell Norford Rochdale. It was a very bitter sweet feeling as we loved our home, but the staff down at Cowells made us feel so much better about the whole process. We had a difficult buyer to say the least, however without the help of Maisie, our sales negotiator and Sophie, our sales progressor the process would have been a whole lot worse. No question asked was too stupid, and they always went above what was asked of them. I received daily updates from them, even if there was no real update, they were constantly reassuring me that they were chasing the relevant people to get it over the line as quickly as possible. Selling and buying a house is a real rollercoaster of emotions, and without Maise and Sophie I'm not sure I would have survived it! Thank you so much Maise and Sophie, you were amazing and are a real credit to the business. I wish you all the best in everything you do!

Very highly recommended!! I rented my property with Cowell Norford and I will now not go anywhere else. I was using another letting agent but I had nothing but issues. Dealt with a very nice professional man called Ashley I can't thank him enough. He's made my life so much easier from the moment I spoke to him. Within 2 hours ashley had everything sorted out. Hayley the manager needs to sort her attitude out don't know who she thinks she is very rude and very poor customer service no professionalism from her also making threats if something the Solicitors can't complete on time it would be my responsibility and making threats calls to call off the deal. I would strongly avoid anyone dealing with her. Everyday constantly belling my phone she does not let you breathe. She needs to understand people don't have time like her to sit there and answer calls everyday.
