The most awful experience with Freeman Foreman. I had to spend thousands of pounds to renovate my property because of bad tenants and very poor management! I went through the courts to evict the tenants and ended with thousands of arrears that were not managed since 2020.

GoogleI had an absolutely wonderful service from the friendly and efficient team at Freeman Forman Robertsbridge when selling my parents' house in the village. Apart from handling the sale, they were also very helpful in getting the house ready to put on the market, and I really feel that they went above and beyond what I would expect an estate agent to do on my behalf. They always responded promptly to my enquiries, and were great at chasing the progress of the sale and keeping me informed. GoogleWe exchanged contracts yesterday and are very much looking forward to moving to Robertsbridge. Freeman forman have been very efficient from our first contact with them. We have mostly communicated with Mark and Tracey who have kept us informed and answered questions with immediate response . Mis-Sold on the property. We were told the property was a freehold property however once our solicitors reviewed the contacts we found out the property didn’t come with title or deeds to the land. In other words we’d be buying some very expensive bricks with no way of reselling the property. We pulled the offer and logged a complaint only to be told it was not Freeman Foreman’s responsibility to know if the property came with title and deeds and that they were actually free to advertise the property as they wished. I’d recommend anyone looking to buy a property through Freeman Foreman to proceed with extreme caution.

GoogleI was extremely impressed with Mark, Charlotte and the rest of the Freeman Forman team during my move. They were professional, polite, friendly and happy to go above and beyond to help move everything forward. Charlotte would frequently phone all the way up and down the chain in order to ensure I had the best picture of where everything was and what still needed to be done. I would absolutely work with them again if I have the opportunity - they are what estate agents should be!
