From day one, Anthony and Louie have been professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in ensuring everything runs smoothly.Any issues that came up during my tenancy were addressed quickly and efficiently. Whether it was a maintenance request or a general query, Anthony and Amy were always quick to respond and resolve the problem with minimal disruption. GoogleWorst experience ever. They never respond to your mails , they only prioritise you until you pay them the fees, once you pay them they dont like you and they dont want to respond to you. When it come to viewings they dont even give you any sort of notice, u will be waiting at the property and they will cancel , some times they cancel your viewings because they dont have a proper key to get into the property, u will be just waiting there and they cancel on you. The lady i have spoken with on phone named lotty , she was not apologetic at all and she says its not their mistake if the door doesn’t open. Its frustrating as you take annual leave just to view these properties and this is how the team behaves with u. I wonder how someone can be so disrespectful.Terrible experience so far

Very hard to get through to one the phone. Never any feedback after viewings, video camera showed estate agent outside with a viewer and the other people with the viewer inside alone unsupervised. Then something in my house was tampered by viewers inside the house while the EA is outside. Very disappointed.

Once again Peter Alan is still the market leaders in conning the public when buying property. There new Modern Auction is a prime example. The fees they charge, a 4% none refundable deposit. Legal pack not worth the stamp (£350.00). I would only trust my solicitor. And that being an independent one.Hats off to Peter Alan coming up with a brilliant scam.This is one agent I would never purchase a property from.

The estate agent (Roath branch) has been unable to arrange a viewing for the flat I am interested in for several weeks. When a viewing was finally scheduled, it was cancelled. Based on my experience, prospective buyers / sellers should be aware that the agency has made very little effort to facilitate viewings or assist potential clients.

I had a valuation from Peter Alan around the middle of 2025. Firstly, they wildly over-estimated the value of my property in order to get my custom, and secondly they were asking for fees in excess of four grand for their services. I was horrified by their fee, which was not even nearly competitive with other estate agencies. Plus they absolutely would NOT take no for an answer when I chose someone else to sell my house. Peter Alan phoned me at least eight times after I notified them I did not want their services and I expressly requested that they remove my name from their systems every time they called. But no, they kept calling and pestering me for at least five months, sometimes with up to three calls a week. I've now been living in my new house for two months and I've just taken yet ANOTHER call!!!! At this point, I'm seriously considering calling the police and reporting them for harassment. It's just ridiculous that they won't leave me alone. I find their sales tactics to be unnecessarily aggressive, they clearly don't listen and they charge double what others charge for the privilege. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! This estate agency is an absolute nightmare.

The service is appalling. There is either no answer when you call them or it diverts to ansaphone.Reading the particulars, the grammar is appalling and it seems they do not check their spelling. There is not one set of particulars that does not have a spelling mistake! I requested a viewing for a property that they are finding it difficult to sell, its virtually across the road and I have to wait almost week! Given the fact that there is hardly ever anyone in the Office, you think they would close to show me around this empty Apartment. Clearly, I would like to buy this property through Peter Alan in Dinas Powys - but I would NEVER sell through them!

Ebbw vale estate agentsOur experience has been fantastic. Couldn’t fault the manager Brenda. She’s been so helpful and very quick with any responses to any queries. Very quick in organising the paper work for us to move in as soon as possible. Chloe was also very helpful and helped answer any questions and ensured the paper work was sent over as quickly as possible. Did have an issue with the boiler but the issue was resolved within a few hours. Fantastic team and hopefully it continues. Very happy with the service and it’s a beautiful house.

The biggest mistake I ever made was filling in a contact form on their website for a house valuation. Straight away I was hounded with calls. I answered in the evening asking them politely to ring me back the next day in the afternoon after 2pm and the calls started again from 9am the next day (by the same person!!). I told them to stop ringing me and that I'm no longer interested because my first impression of them is awful. I then start receiving phone calls again the following Monday, I've now had to block their number because they don't leave you alone!!

My interaction with Peter Alan in Swansea was profoundly disappointing. Their customer service is shockingly inadequate; they consistently evade calls once payment is secured. Despite an agreed-upon tenant-finding price, they haphazardly increased the charge, altered my utilities contract without consent, causing ongoing issues with energy bills. Attempts to rectify the situation were met with uncooperative responses, claiming my details weren't on record. Additionally, rent deposits were inexplicably delayed for over 4 weeks. Managing my property with Peter Alan was an overall unpleasant and frustrating experience.

I chose PA Llanishen to sell a property based on a great first meeting and their listing of potential buyers. They didn’t disappoint. The house sold very quickly, secured a very good price and throughout the sale kept me updated and were easy to work with. Lauren and the team were superb. Also used their very cost effective relationship with Howells Solicitors. All highly recommended.

Know that if you contact this estate agent, they will never leave you alone ever again forevermore even if you don't choose them. Also, they will over-value your property to get your custom then reduce it to what it's actually worth in the end, plus their fee is over four grand. They're the dearest out there. I chose a different estate agent but Peter Alan agents pestered me twice a week, every week after me asking for a quote only, July 2025. It's now five months on, we are living in our new house and they are still ringing my mobile and bothering me with their aggressive sales tactics. They just keep on, and on, and on - even though I've asked them to stop at least eight times. I'm now wondering if they are ever going to leave me alone. If it carries on much longer, I am going to contact the police and use the word harassment. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.

Merthyr branch. Absolutely shocking and rude staff and one was even abusive to me on the telephone, hardly any communication and they also failed to send documents back to the mortgage company resulting in a legal letter to us , avoid at all costs .

Valued house high to get me to sign up with them. Really poor communication, late attending viewings leaving me to show people around. No follow up calls. Really disappointed with the service. Pressure to reduce over valued price once signed with them. Did not sell my house after nearly a year on the market.

Very disappointing experience with the rental team at Peter Alan. Poor communication, delayed responses regarding deposit issues, and unnecessary disputes at the end of tenancy. Thankfully I kept inventory photos and managed to recover most of my deposit through DPS. The only helpful and responsive person was Nail Edward. I would not recommend this agency for renting.
