I would like to thank Donald Ross for the quick sale of our home, From the initial meeting with Fraser Stewart, then Maureen McInnes ( Sales negotiator) very professional and courteous, they made selling very easy and we were always well informed. Property Advisor's Callum Gott, Will-Johnston Aitken and Elliot Masterton were also fantastic very professional. I would definitely recommend Donald Ross when selling your home. Well done team.

GoogleHave a sign on the door which says no junk mail, no leaflets, no flyers, etc etc, get this company’s marketing rubbish through my letterbox - if you can’t read a basic sign then I shudder to think about legal paperwork selling a house. Would never engage with.

GoogleBond were able to sell our house very quickly and for the asking price. they were also the agent for the home we purchased. They were very honest with us and highly professional. Throughout the process they chased solicitors to keep the ball rolling and kept me up to date. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy and sell.

Right from the initial visit when Fraser came to do the evaluation, we were put at ease with the prospect of securing a sale. He was very informative and reassuring and his evaluation was spot on with the home report Phil the photographer did a great job of showcasing our property Naomi, Helen and Lauren were quick off the mark to secure us with lots of viewings and Will carried out the viewings over three days, taking the strain off of us doing it ourselves Maureen gave very good advice to going to a closing date which resulted in us receiving several offers after the property only being on the market for 11 days. Thanks to the whole team for making it possible with minimum stress on our part.

GoogleI found the whole experience lacking in every respect - very poor communication - on one occasion travelled some 450 miles to discuss in person the sale of the property only to be kept standing in reception to discuss for probably no more than five minutes if that - Three months agency resulted in one viewing - Very quick to charge cancellation fee even before expiry of Agency Agreement - need I say more!
We are very sorry that the marketing of your property resulted in just one viewer in 3 months this is well below our usual client experience

I have phoned the office today to highlight our concerns. A pattern of not contacting the tenant - who were happy to liaise with the agent - and the final irritation of a booked appointment at the premises was not undertaken by Donald Ross Residential. This was an inconvenience for the tenant and failing to contact in this case was a poor show. The contact with the reception staff was generally a welcoming and good experience, but the failure to communicate effectively and undertake the task at hand means a OneStar review is appropriate.

Great experience from the outset, from the Valuation by Tracey, who listened and understood our circumstances. She took plenty of time to fully explain Donald Ross's process, organising the Photographer & arranging the Home Report etc.... all of which were actioned in a matter of days. Immediately after the schedule was approved and going live online, bookings for viewings were arranged at a time which suited us. We had the option for them to carry out viewings for a small fee but opted to do the viewings ourself and they went brilliantly. Feedback from the team was received promptly and every member of the team we interacted with were fully up to speed and able to answer any questions we asked about our sale & offers. A truly professional, confident team who helped get our house sold in less than a week. We will definitely keep in mind if we ever choose to move in the future. We would highly recommend the Ayr/Irvine Team to anyone who is looking for a first class local Agency to sell their property - they will be in very capable hands.

Very professional service and could not fault it. From customer services to sale was an all round positive experience. Helen in customer services responded to every question promptly and made me feel comfortable at all stages of the selling process. The photographer was really good and the pics made the house look amazing. The house was on the market for a week, 2 viewing slots over 2 days and sale executed by end of it by Claire. Claire was brilliant dealing with prospective buyers and was very informative, pleasant and great at her job.
