I bought a house through them and then used them again to let it. Both lettings and sales were faultless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient agency. GoogleI’ve not had amazing experiences with estate agents before, however Bond has changed my mind again :-). I sold my house through them this year and they were absolutely amazing. The guys kept on top of everything, liaising with all parties and making sure everything kept on track. They were easy to get hold of, extremely responsive and kept me updated every step of the way - which was brilliant. The best thing is that every single person at Bond is absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I really can’t thank all the guys at Bond enough, I won’t be using any other estate agents again!

They appointed us mortgage advisor and solicitor who were also brilliant with us. service was excellent 👌. If I ever need a estate agent again, donald ross would be my first choice and if anyone in my family or friends needed estate agent I would recommend donald ross to them. We have used Donald Ross to sell and buy properties over the last few years always find the to be very professional and helpful. However we bought a house this time through Donald Ross in Ayr we picked up our keys to the new house and was given a nice gesture of money off at the tree house we went and presented the voucher and was told it was out of date and could not be used this was on 17th May 2026 and we only got voucher on the 15th May but voucher date was April fined this very embarrassing and not very good attention to detail from the staff at Donald Ross. You need to make sure that if your giving people something that’s it in date to use. Regards Andrew & Mary

Bond dealt with the sale of my house in the most efficient and professional manor that I have ever experienced from an estate agent (and I have dealt with quite a few over the years). They really did exceed all expectations and ensured that our sale progressed smoothly (and very quickly). A huge thanks has to go to Matt for going above and beyond with our buyer and helping them along the way. My thanks also go to Lee and the rest of the team - all of whom were all amazing! GoogleA very professional business. From our initial contact through to the conclusion of the sale communication was faultless. Presentation is everything and the pictures were stunning as was the brochure. On the first day, the second viewer made an offer that we were happy with and the missives were completed about seven weeks later. Pretty good going! In conclusion, Donald Ross do what they promise to do, unusual in my experience. Recommended without hesitation.

GoogleWe decided to list our house for sale when I was pregnant hoping to move before our baby was born. We ended up in a complicated chain and moving with a 4 month old baby. The only thing that made the whole process easier was the service we had from Bond. They were constantly chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain who were useless and bad at responding, they always kept us up to date, and really gave us peace of mind that they were on it. Every call I received they would check how my pregnancy was progressing and once he was born always asked after the baby which was lovely and made it such a familiar service. They always checked if it was a good time to speak and really couldn't have done any more for us. If you're thinking of selling your house I would 100% recommend Bond, they definitely earned every penny in the sale of our house!
