GoogleThroughout the entire house buying process the agents at Sage and Co have all been extremely helpful, friendly and the most down to earth people we were engaged with throughout. They were able to help us find our dream home, and thus made the process so much less stressful that it could have been. We will forever be grateful for them, and everything they did for us throughout. Hats off to the Risca team for all their help.

GoogleCalled to view a flat the day it was posted on Rightmove to be told the viewing arrangements hadn't been finalised yet and someone would ring me back ASAP to book a viewing. No one ever called and the flat is now sold. Avoid these bellends!!!

Agent replied · 7 June 2023
Hi Amanda,
Apologies to hear you were unhappy with the service you received. Unfortunately there were quite a few people in the same position as yourself with regards to this specific property.
In respect of this property, the seller advised us that they had been directly approached and received a private offer which they were happy to accept. They requested that we mark the property as sold (subject to contract) but to continue to take names and details of anyone that may be interested, should anything happen to the sale. As our client, we must always act on our vendors instruction which we have done so on this occasion.
Apologies that you have missed out on this property, however we have your details on file as explained in our telephone conversation with you, should anything change with this property.
If you wish to discuss this in more detail with us, please feel free to contact us on 01633 838888 option 2 for Risca Sales
