The team at Sage&Co Risca were absolutely brilliant and so supportive. I think I’ve spoken to all of the staff on different occasions throughout the buying process and everyone is so lovely and helpful. They were more than happy to help with any questions we had regarding buying our forever home as first time buyers, and always acted quickly if anything needed to be raised to either the sellers or the solicitors. Not that I plan on buying another house any time soon, but I would absolutely use Sage&Co again! I would 100% recommend them! Thank you all ✨🏡

I’ve recently gone through Sage and Co Agents to purchase my property. I am very pleased with all the help they provided. The agents were professional and happy to help whenever we needed it. All the staff were amazing but we dealt with Carol and Callum when it came to viewing the property. They ensured we knew all details of the property and had given us plenty of time to view without rushing us. I can't begin to describe how helpful and patient these guys are when selling the house, it was a complicated one from the start, as it was a joint house through losing my grandparents, and it has taken over 2 years to get all the paperwork in place to actually sell it then, issues with buyer and so forth but Carol and the team, have constantly kept me informed every step of the way and every time I went in to see if anything had progressed they either phoned or emailed people again while i was there, or they informed me that they had done that the day before, but they always polite and no matter how frustrated I was they let me talk. Thankfully we have finally done it, and I can't thank them enough for everything.

One star as they did sell the house but only just. At one point they tried to convince us the house wasn’t freehold because someone in the office “used to be a conveyancer”, then didn’t take my word for it, to which our solicitor had to step in! Could have cost us tens of thousands! Don’t bother, we only stayed for the ride as we already had a keen buyer on board, otherwise would have gone elsewhere.

I’m completely new to this area so I don’t know anyone or anywhere. I came to view a property and it ticked all the boxes for me and my situation. My cash offer was accepted and sage and co were brilliant throughout. They gave me details of recommended solicitors and tradesmen as I need to have some essential work done to the property, as it’s always a worry dealing with tradesmen that you don’t know or have any knowledge of. I contacted the agent several times throughout the process with questions and queries and nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were really helpful and professional and welcomed me to the the area. Would I recommend them or use them again, most definitely I would.

Don’t usually leave reviews but the service by Sage & Co Risca Branch was absolutely outstanding. We bought a house advertised by them and the communication from start to finish was flawless. On the day of completion my Solicitors sent my funds to the wrong place but despite this, Carol stayed in office with us long past closing time on Friday evening to help resolve the issue (which was not of Sage & Co making) helping to get us in by the end of the day. We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell! 6 Starts from us!

Sage Risca and Cwmbran offices handled the sales of our old property and the purchase of our new, from September to December 2024. They were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. They liaised with us throughout, ensuring we were kept informed and helping to facilitate the sale and purchase throughout. Carol in particular was great - happy to accompany us on multiple occasions to access our 'new' property (vacant) for various reasons.
