GoogleI found the risca branch lovely to deal with while I was in the process of buying my house. The process of buying became very stressful and complicated due to other issues, but the team were very reassuring and patient with me. I particularly found Julie, Sara and Callum very kind and patient.
Many thanks for the lovely review Rebecca, we do hope you settle in well to your new home!

GoogleAfter having my house on the market with another agent for over a year I changed to Sage and it sold instantly, Carol Barton (Risca Office) goes above and beyond even when it's not her job but solicitors, If the team at Sage could help they did, they were excellent at keeping us informed and always returned calls and emails. I never had to chase. I had a rough time moving with lock downs and covid but Carol was the most amazing support and got us through. Excellent service highly recommended 🏠PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI used Sage Risca to sell a property recently. Right from the start Carol and the team were in constant communication and guided me through the process right until the end. Always happy to go through any questions I had and felt in safe hands. It's a shame I couldn't give them a 6 star rating, fantastic team!

GoogleHaving just completed on a combined sale and purchase with Sage & Co I cannot recommend them highly enough. Carol and the team at Risca were simply amazing and were always there to help especially when things got rather stressful. Carol in particular was always willing to go the extra mile to get to the bottom of any issues. A big thank you to all the team.
Hi Janet thank you for your review. It has been our pleasure and we wish you all the very best for whatever the future brings you!

GoogleSage Risca and Cwmbran offices handled the sales of our old property and the purchase of our new, from September to December 2024. They were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. They liaised with us throughout, ensuring we were kept informed and helping to facilitate the sale and purchase throughout. Carol in particular was great - happy to accompany us on multiple occasions to access our 'new' property (vacant) for various reasons. I would definitely use Sage again and would recommend them to others.
Hi Sarah, Many thanks for the review.

GoogleI am familiar with sage and some of the staff which is partly why I decided to use them. There level of service was beyond 5 star in my opinion throughout the sale and purchase. I would definitely recommend them to all my freinds and family.
Thank you Paula for the review.

GoogleGreat service. We contacted a few agents in the Newport, Bassaleg, Risca areas to try and arrange viewings but found it difficult as they 'only have a small number of viewings on the weekend' or 'don't do viewings after 5pm on a weekday', etc. Arranging a viewing with Sage was polite, friendly and easy to do around our schedules. The sale took it's time due to delays (on our behalf) but each contact with them was always understanding and professional. Would we recommend them? Yes, to both buying and selling
Hi Nick, thank you for your review please do not hesitate to contact us in future!

GoogleThe team at Sage & Co Risca were a pleasure to deal with, both on the phone and in person. In my opinion the most important point when buying or selling a property is being kept updated on progress. I was kept informed throughout the sale process which ensured I knew what was happening. Thanks to all.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thank you so much Dean for your review, such kinds words! We wish you all the very best and it has been a pleasure working with you!

GoogleSage and Co were the best estate agents during the process of us looking to buy our first home, they weren’t pushy and helped us to find the right home not to just make a sale. Julie in particular at Sage and Co showed us to all the properties we viewed and just what a lovely experience we had with her. Would recommended looking for houses with sage and co as everyone in the office are also so helpful and welcoming. The only slight mark down is the sold sign is still on the house 3 weeks since we moved in.
Hi Eleanor thank you very much for your review. We will chase the board company.

GoogleThe service Sage and Co provided to us was flawless. They were the only voice of reason in an otherwise stressful process. Even though they weren't our direct agents, they went the extra mile to ensure that everything ran smoothly. A special thanks to Carol for all her help and support.

GoogleCarol and her team have been extremely helpful in dealing with the sale of my late uncles house. I live in Devon and couldn’t get there as much as I would have hoped. She managed the whole process for me. If I had another house to sell in Wales then I would use Sage again.
Thank you ever so much for your kind words and lovely review, we are happy to have helped!
