Sage & Co Property Agents Risca reviews

All the Team at Sage & Co Risca have been incredibly helpful during my house purchase, as well as any viewings I had with them. The team were often a go-between for me as the buyer, the seller, and our separate solicitors. They really did go above and beyond compared to other estate agents I have previously experienced. I am very thankful for all their help and support over the past months.

We had a great service from carol at sage and co in risca, she spent the most time with us, than the other estate agents we had up to give us a quote on selling our property and would definitely recommend them.

Shocking service. Lying to your face. We bought a house through this agency. Just before we collected the keys we were told over the phone that everything is ready for us as we have discussed previously a few times. The property is in a terrible condition, although we were assured that it would be ready by the time we collected the keys Instead of the joy of buying a new house, it ended in tears. Wouldn't recommend as they keep teling you lies. Very sad experience Update: week later and still no reply to email. No apologies. Not even trying to fix the oversights

My daughter and I were shown a property on the weekend by Carole. She was welcoming, polite, professional and informative. Although the property was not for us, we received a phone call from Carole two days later to see how the other viewings had gone and if she could assist us further in finding our perfect property. Thank you Carole.

My son recently used Sage & Co in Risca to buy and sell his property. From valuation to completion (approx 10 weeks) it was a very smooth transaction. Mainly dealt with Emily, Carol and Jane, who were all incredibly helpful and super friendly.

Great friendly service & professionalism from Carol & the team. Communication was first class & always willing to discuss matters in depth. Unlike some other local agents who promise much, Sage & Co and the Risca team actually deliver.

We worked with Sage and Co on a particularly long and drawn out move but throughout they were so helpful and always going the extra mile to help us contact the right people and make things happen. They were always polite and professional and easily contactable at all times. I would 100% recommend anyone to use them.
