GoogleAs a potential buyer, the use of the last and final bids process was very frustrating and put us off purchasing a property through Sage and co. We felt pressured into submitting unrealistic bids. This felt more like a closed bid auction than a proper, clear negotiation with the seller. We went elsewhere in the end where the process was much clearer and purchased a property.
