Neil's professionalism and local knowledge was the mere reason we sought to complete our sale and purchase through Trend & Thomas and by far one of the best decisions we ever made. GoogleThis very professional and personable team of estate agents made the whole process of selling my property much easier and more stress-free than is often the case. Joe Freeth dealt with viewings, queries, my concerns and all the people involved in the sale promptly and pleasantly. This small firm is a model estate agent and an example of how this business can be done responsively and respectfully to both seller and buyer. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would have. I have never come across such unprofessional and rude group of 'estate agents'. Avoid like the plague, lied about history of dampness in property and took 6 months to fix a door within the property. Constantly having to chase for responses or replies, went through 3 different 'property managers' during a 12 month period and each new property manager just as incompetent as the other. Honestly, avoid.
Sam - we are so saddened by your review which you have left 6 months after you vacated your property!? Louise, who worked so hard on your tenancy is so upset especially as your last email to her said: ' many thanks for your nice emails and prompt replies!' We understand there were issues with your tenancy but we did not know at any stage that there had previously been damp in the property and we had this treated and repaired for you in January 2017 a full 7 months before you left the flat. We did not lie at any stage. Due to the issues you had, Louise ensured that your checkout was seamless and your deposit returned in full and in quick time. We really have been shocked and upset at receiving this review 7 months after you left the property without hearing from you first. What has made you decide to leave this review now? We would appreciate hearing from you directly rather than taking to social media which as you will be well aware is devastating to our reputation especially when not justified. We have a remarkable Lettings Team which is more often than not at the top of the statistics for Best Lettings team in the area and take our tenancies, properties and landlords very seriously. GoogleHad quite unpleasant experience with this agency and specifically James Tre trying to rent a lovely apartment in Rickmansworth. It is impossible to get any feedback from the agent after making an offer and sending all information requested - emails and calls to the office are not answered during several working days. They never send appointment reminders for viewing, even more - you won’t get any message if the agent gets late by 10 mins no matter what was the reason!! Just total silence and hope for the best while waiting on the street. In my opinion this illustrates lack of professionalism if not more. Processing enquiries like that may limit landlords’ opportunity to get the best option possible. It definitely ruined my perception of the company as a whole: frustration and perplexity are the only feelings associated with Trend & Thomas thanks to their agent. Will never deal with them in the future

GoogleAwful company of surveyors actively discouraging your buyer due to contradicting statements on their report that make no sense and the fact they dislike your choice of wallpaper/paint and report that too! Jokers that need to be reported for bias and untruths.
