All the viewing of which there where many Joe managed very well, had to re market the property & again Joe dealt with this seamlessly. Nothing was to much trouble, extra help was offered when needed. GoogleMy husband and I have just purchased a home through Trend and Thomas and have been very happy with their service. From start to finish, Joe on the Sales Team was very supportive and really helped to make the very stressful process of moving as relaxed and easy as possible. His knowledge surrounding the process was second-to-none and we were so grateful for all of the advice and recommendations provided when it came to surveys etc. We really feel that the team went out of their way to help us complete on our desired date. We will have no doubts about going back to Trend and Thomas if we choose to move again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Joe, in particular, really made everything seem easy and in safe hands with excellent communication every step of the way. GoogleTrend & Thomas took over the sale of a flat from another Agent for me. Joseph and Hannah provided help and guidance throughout, and secured a buyer on my behalf in a difficult market. They were always approachable and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with an independent Estate Agent.
