Trend & Thomas was my best estate agency experience so far. We just rented our first 1 bedroom flat with my partner. James, the lettings negotiator was very helpful and friendly with us. Before them, I was struggling with other agencies by chasing them to get an answer for something, I was ignored and it was literally a nightmare to deal with them. With Trend & Thomas, everything is absolutley the opposite! James made sure that the process was smooth, professional and quick. John, the property manager is also very responsive and helpful so far. Definitely can recommend these guys!:) 1 YEAR UPDATE: Still can say, we are very happy renting with this agency. If we had any urgent issues within the flat, the agency was acting quick on our request. Not many agencies do this nowadays!

Joe initially valued my Mums house; he was thoughtful and compassionate at a particularly emotional time for me. Months later I met Neil and John. Their very encouraging suggestions led me to consider that renting the property would be a good option. The speed with which the property was rented was remarkable! We just bought a house through them and I would like to commend the work of Joe Freeth and his team who were very helpful and supportive with a tricky chain. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive apart from the initial engagement where as first time buyers we felt our offer was not being taken seriously (despite having a mortgage in principle) because their mortgage broker did not have access to our lender's offer. Once this was ironed out (over a week later) the team was very supportive through the different hoops we needed to go through and greatly helped in communicating with all the other moving parts to ensure the sale went through, which we are extremely thankful for!

We have just exchanged on our sale through Trend & Thomas and the experience was 1st class. We dealt mainly with Neil and Joe and they were great. Joe found us our buyer and we were really pleased with the price he achieved. There were some sticky moments with the sale and Joe acted professionally and I always felt he only ever had our interests at the heart of everything he did.
