GoogleFrom the get-go, professional, proactive, and communicated well. I would highly recommend Trend & Thomas. Joseph went from good to outstanding. It is when things go slow, either there is delay with an update or purchase and that is when you find out the quality of an organisation and staff ability to help every possible way and Joseph at Trend Thomas at Rickmansworth did it in bucket loads. GoogleI have just sold my fathers flat in Ricky while living in Manchester. Our sale process was protracted but Joe was there whenever I needed to discuss or arrange anything. He went out of his way to help visiting the property and arranging for small maintenance jobs to be undertaken. Could not ask for better service would be my first choice to buy and sell in Ricky or surrounding areas. Thank you

We instructed them after an unsatisfactory experience with another agent and it was a complete contrast. We were kept informed of the situation throughout the process, they responded promptly to our queries and requests, and were professional at all times. GoogleAvoid at all costs! REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would give 0 stars if possible. One year ago I expressed interest in a property and signed a contract with them. The contract was legally supposed to turn into a rolling contract but less than two months left from the end of the fixed-term part, they tried to force me into signing another fixed term contract with an unfair rent increase. Taking side with the landlord, they issued a section 21 notice and I moved out but now they ask me to pay the rent for the duration I have not lived in the property and had no access to it (because I handed over the keys to them upon moving out).
Dear Mehdi We were very disappointed to receive your unjustified review. Your Landlord is our client on a Let Only basis and therefore the majority of your dealings should be with him directly. As was made clear to you within your (signed) T&Cs we always look to renew our tenancy agreements after the initial fixed term. We approached you with 2 months’ notice towards the end of your tenancy agreement to discuss the renewal and rent increase sought by the Landlord. We adhered to the Landlord’s request for a rent increase, so we were operating on his instructions. As you’re aware the Landlord is Let Only, so manages the property directly with the you the tenant. We only deal with the renewal process on their behalf. There was no indication of forcing you into anything, but as you and the Landlord could not agree, we were instructed to serve the notice on you. The Landlord is our client so we have to adhere to his instructions. We did not hold you to the 2 months’ notice as you decided to leave sooner. However, as per your tenancy agreement, your rent was due in full to the end of the 12 month term so within the law we were simply seeking the remaining rent you owe within your signed rental agreement. Even though you dropped off keys to the office we made it clear in writing this was not an indication of returning possession until your end date and check out, 23rd April 2024. Indeed we tried to seek new tenants to be able to release you from the tenancy early, but this was not possible. Every step of this process we kept you fully informed and aware. We will have the Inventory and Check-out report to hand shortly and will pass this to the Landlord to agree the deposit return with you. To suggest we’re unprofessional is grossly incorrect as we have carried out our responsibilities within the Tenancy Act to the letter. Perhaps your frustrations are with your Landlord and would be best directed to them. Regards T&T Team

They have a broad experience and throughout the process , from evaluation to completion they remained motivated , enthusiastic , helpful and relentless as they worked alongside the buyer and solicitors . He always returned calls quickly, stayed in contact and communicated effectively in an affable and gentle manner even when situations became challenging. GoogleWe had such a great experience with Joseph at Trend and Thomas. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us secure the house of our dreams. Unfortunately we didn't sell house through Trend and Thomas, we decided to go through Purple Bricks instead, I can honestly say Joseph helped us out so much more with our sale than Purple Brick ever did. He was dealing with our buyers direct to agree completion dates and get the sale over the line. He was always on hand to help with any questions and to reassure us. He provided consistent support, even during out of office hours, and always went above and beyond what we would have expected him to do. Joe was very professional, took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed and chased both parties when necessary. He remained on top of the case even when the transaction took slightly longer than expected. Once the sale was completed, Joe was kind enough to put us in touch with local tradesmen regarding a few minor jobs at the property which saved us both time and money.
