GoogleAt the risk of continuing the Joe Freeth love-in below, he was incredible!! He showed us a house prior to putting ours on the market with T&T and we instantly knew we wanted him to represent ours. He was thorough, responsive and anticipated issues prior to them arising. He was in regular contact, even when there was nothing really to say, which was comforting. At no time was he pushy, aggressive or impatient when we were looking for a place to move to. If you're looking for an agent that is not in the 'car-salesman' mould, but still achieves sales then this is the guy for you. Our dealings with the rest of the team were minimal but equally professional. I have no doubt that there's an effective team working behind the scenes to support all of Joe's work. We are grateful to them also. Thanks!!

GoogleWhen we were deciding which estate agent to use for the sale of our property we were told that the agent will really come into their own after an offer has been agreed and this was certainly true in our experience. Joe Freeth worked tremendously hard to help push through the exchange on our property as swiftly as possible. it was by no means plain sailing, with multiple challenges in the chain, but Joe remained professional, calm and dedicated throughout to ensure the process was successful, and always kept us well informed. All the team and Trend & Thomas were also very helpful with our search for a property in the area and in arranging viewings of our own property. We were very pleased with the service we were provided.
