WORST service for Rentals. Do not use .They claim to be professionals but there’s no empathy towards tenants and nothing done swiftly. Communication is horrendous. Being such a big company surely they should have this nailed to the T. Letting handler keeps changing for whatever reason but never gets communicated to us. As a tenant my only interaction with Gibbs Gillespie is the signing of annual contracts; the landlord deals with all day to day duties, including rent collection. This means that G-G need only offer the most basic of services on an average basis; they don't.They use a contractor who operates their document signing service on a policy dictated by G-G. This means a very quick reminder if you haven't dealt with the documents even if they are straightforward and well inside date parameters.I recently received two documents on separate emails on a Friday afternoon, I left these until Monday morning only to find four email reminders awaiting my attention. This is confusing and irritating and I was told it was "Gibbs Gillespie process" with no hint of an apology.
