We recently dealt with Isaac Wren when looking for and subsequently renting our new flat. He was quick to respond to my initial online enquiry, and followed it up immediately with a viewing booking but also suggesting additional properties that may be suitable based on our criteria. It was one of these additional properties we ended up renting and overall have been very happy with service provided by Isaac and the team at GG Rickmansworth.

Very upsetting and unprofessional

I contact the Stanmore branch regarding a property available for rent that was perfect for me and my partner. I was lucky enough to find the listing as soon as they put it up. I contacted them via the form on Zoopla and they called me and were very rude: didn't identify themselves and asked "How can I help?". I didn't even know what the call was about until I asked if this was about the property.They asked for a few details about annual income, etc and said they would contact the current tenant to arrange a viewing when it was convinient for them. A few days later, I called them back asking about the viewing, they said they were still awaiting for a time and date. The next day, they put up on Zoopla that the property was let. We didn't even get the chance of viewing the property and they didn't contact us back saying the property was let by someone else.Very upsetting and unprofessional approach.

Moved in to a flat which was filthy, mattress urine stained, carpets covered with dirt, and Hossam from Gibbs Gillespie claimed we had accepted as seen.Eventually after numerous complaints a cursory 40 minute clean was carried out, a week after keys handed over. Would never use again

A great estate agents who I always felt were on my side. I dealt with Josh who was helpful from start to finish. When there were some issues with the sale of the flat he kept the pressure on lenders and solicitors and helped to solve all the issues, well worth the fee. If you are buying or selling in the area I can think of no better agents.

The worst Estate Agent that I have ever…

The worst Estate Agent that I have ever dealt with. Please avoid this estate agent at all cost. We viewed 3 properties with this estate agent.The first two properties we viewed the sales negotiators didn't have any clue about the property. The first guy didn't even know where the boiler was. So useless and incompetent. The third property that we were meant to view, the estate agent didn't even turn up. Called them whilst at the property and only to be told that someone made an offer a few days ago. Their level of professionalism is beyond me. The branch managers Oliver Squires and Tim Buckley are the worst, rude and very unprofessional.Since the agent has decided to comment, I will add the following.I find it mind boggling that you have the decency to say you want to make things right when a complaint was raised with your managers and nothing was done, apart from being rude and unprofessional.I really wouldn't recommend Gibbs to my worst enemy!

I've been using GG for letting my property for a while, and they're always professional, great at communicating, efficient and prove good value for money. I also recently used them to sell a property, which wasn't the most straight forward of chains. They managed this process over a 6 month period and ensured it remained on track. They went above and beyond to do so.
