Gibbs Gillespie in Rayner's Lane Harrow were amazing during a very difficult time with the pandemic. Tim made sure that I was always informed of any developments to do with my house sale. The team at Gibbs Gillespie in Rickmansworth were fantastic at handling our sale and purchase. We dealt mainly with Philip, Judith and Darren who always kept us informed of offers, interest on our property and negotiations taking place on our behalf. We used Gibbs to sell our home. This was the first time we had sold a house so was new to the whole process and the whole team were very friendly, supportive and helpful to ensure the sale went through As smoothly as possible. Absolutely awful experience moving into…

Absolutely awful experience moving into my new property! The agents did not check the property prior to move in and the place was filthy, had broken and missing items that they did not advise prior to tenancy. When I reported the issues to the lettings team, I then had to chase them for an update, and ended up sorting the clean myself. I asked for the complaints procedure as I wanted to make a formal complaint and was ignored! I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone I care about! Worse experience with a UK agent EVER!
