Myself and partner rented a property from this agency and it wasn’t a great experience throughout our tenancy. We viewed the property it was what we were looking for however it smelt terribly like wet dirty dog we were promised it would be cleaned through and the smell would be gone for us moving in. We turned up with our removals collected our keys and upon entry the stench hit us it was almost unbearable, the man who was there fixing the oven said he had to open the windows it was so bad, this was in December as well. The whole house was disgustingly filthy from top to bottom the carpets had not been cleaned they were matted with dog hair the walls had marks all over the kitchen was dirty. We had to clean the house ourselves before putting our belongings in. We complained numerous times but nobody was bothered. We had numerous faults and repairs that needed carried out during our tenancy these were always a lengthy process to be resolved occasionally being told the landlord did not want to pay for that repair so it would not get done. Moving out was a whole new challenge, we moved out with time still left upon the tenancy, the property was cleaned top to bottom vaxxed it was a million times cleaner than when we moved in, we handed the keys back and explained we would only be here till the end of the week as our new home was a good few hours away so if anything needed sorted the should let us know by then. Friday afternoon we got a call with a list of faults that needed rectified. We were already on the road by this point. My other half had to go back the following week to sort it. Faults like the enamel has come off the bottom of toilet inside they said it as marked... how are we supposed it rectify that, it was like that when we moved in, the oven has residue marks where it has been cleaned and the glass is dirty, it had not been cleaned when we moved in and the glass was unable to be cleaned as the big mark was inbetween the two sheets of glass on the door. In the end we were billed £115 for cleaning the oven marks in the shower which I scrubbed and bleached myself and a broken door on the electric metre which we did not break. All in all it was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend this agency, I have never experienced such a carry on with moving out of a property it was an absolute joke the house was immaculately clean we spent 3 days cleaning and touching up and marks vaxxing hoovering we were astonished at the carry on we had, we have moved out of other properties and never experienced such a drama.

We were renting from Love Property for nearly 3 years, through covid, and they were exceptional. We could always rely on them if in the event something went ary or needed some guidence. Sal who oversaw the property was always very friendly and could answer any question we threw at her. If we moved back to the area we would absolutely go through Love Property again!

I've been waiting 2weeks for a call from love property in regards to several different properties, I wanted to inform landlords that I was on DLA before I booked a viewing as this has already been a problem in the past. Landlords prefer not to commit to anybody on DLA as we are classed as higher risk... Nobody from this company has contacted me at all in regards to 7 different properties plus several new ones also...
