I had an absolutely outstanding experience selling my home, and I can’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. From the very beginning, Gill was exceptional. She took the time to really understand both my property and the local area, which clearly paid off, my house sold within a week, with two strong offers from just two viewings. That speaks volumes about the quality of her work and approach. Gill was always available on WhatsApp or by phone, incredibly responsive, and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. The marketing was also top-notch, with professional photos and a beautifully presented brochure that truly showcased the property at its best. A huge thank you as well to Nicole in sales progression, who was fantastic throughout. She kept me consistently updated, was always on hand to answer questions, and ensured everything moved forward efficiently. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond at every stage. Just completed a house purchase. Love Property are excellent. Genuinely nice people. Viewed the property with Suzanne, lovely person, great personality and most importantly, helpful & efficient. Nicole with the after sales team, was very helpful keeping the conveyance moving effectively. Much appreciated because we had a deadline. Collected the keys today and was presented with a hamper bag of very nice treats to enjoy whilst celebrating a new home, a thoughtful card too. Never had that before! Highly recommended.

The best letting agent our property has been managed by. Sal was so lovely, professional and helpful and gave me great confidence with allowing her to manage our property. After previously having issues with communication and support from our previous agent Love Property have been a breath of fresh air. The staff are so lovely and helpful and very professional. Anne in particular was brilliant with assisting us and went out of her way to be helpful. They kept in touch regularly and send us a regular report of our property. If there were ever any issues with the property they are always resolved quickly and great advice is given. We have since gone on to sell our property and knew that the best agent to use would be Love Property after their outstanding work managing the letting of our house. We had lots of viewings and always received a follow up from the agent with feedback on them. They also did great advertisement through social media. Deven was brilliant with her negotiation skills. Laura came over to view my property and fully informed me of the market at present and assured me they would do their best to sell my house. The girls on the sales side were absolutely amazing and I had no concerns about them selling the house. Nothing was ever to much trouble and they are always smiling and you could always tell they were there to help. Nicole in the sales progression side was The Best, things weren’t easy or straight forward due to an unhelpful solicitor but she always persevered and her experience showed through as there were a few times I just wanted to withdraw the sale but Nicole kept me going. From the moment Laura explained the company philosophy, just 3 month ago, to the moment the sale of our cottage was complete, we had nothing but excellent service from the entire team. The property sales team were well briefed and conducted the viewings honestly and efficiently, with detailed, regular feedback.
