Having bought and sold through many agents nationally this is a standout service. Such a contrast with some of the old county set agents relying on name or hoping someone buys with minimum effort. Very good letting agents and also great for sales. We had our tenancy moved to love property after the original agent went out of business and what a change. Prompt response to emails and calls which were always handled in a friendly and professional way. Any issues were again dealt with quickly and follow up calls made to make sure everything was satisfactory. On the sales side, we had decided to buy the house off of our landlords after renting, and Love Property acted as the agent for the sale. Much like on the letting side, the experience was honestly painless for us and we would definitely consider using them if we were to sell the property in the future.

This entry is a little late, but better late than never. We instructed Love property and Laura cane and first impressions were very professional! They were not the cheapest of our quotes, but by far the most interested. Her passion for selling the house, was superb. The sale was agreed in under a month, and they did everything. They really did take a lot of stress out of the sale. We had regular updates and kept us up to date all the way. We can’t recommend this company enough. We highly recommend them. Could not rate Love Property enough! After multiple issues with third parties Love Property were always there to give advice and keep us updated, always being professional. When we finally got our keys we even got a card and a "new home" box which was an amazing, and unexpected, touch which made the day that much better! I was given details on how bad Love Property in Catterick Garrison were before hand however decided to go with them as they were the agent selling the mentioned property so had no choice. The house in question was being bought by myself and handed over to Love Property Catterick Garrison to be our letting agents. However from start to finish I have been shocked with the illegal incorrect information provided by their staff, some including electrics where dangerous. I could go on and on with the amount of bad service and due diligence but decided best to leave Love Property Catterick Garrison and change to another agency. Although I am the first to write a review on Love Property Catterick Garrison I am far from the only one who has had bad dealings with the fore mentioned agents. My advise use another agency.

Having rented for the last 4.5 years from love property. Here is my experience. Initial viewing was very straight forward, as was the application service. An invitation to their office in Catterick Garrison was next, this was an easy and pleasant experience. Keys were handed over on said date. Home was prepared to a high standard for my moving in. A full detailed pre inspection pack was given which was very thorough. First inspection after 3-6 months, Sal noted that the old boiler didn't seem up to the job, a week later confirmation of a new modern combi boiler would be fitted at no cost. Made a world of difference to the home. Any other jobs that needed carrying out whilst a tenant were actioned swiftly and professionally with minor disruption. Love property have a nice online tenant portal which allows the reporting of any issues direct to your portal, i found responses to be very swift using this. End of tenancy time, very accommodating to time scale of moving out date. Post inspection report was very detailed and true. Bond released very swiftly too with a fair deduction for a few jobs that were outstanding upon my departure. Overall i felt very well looked after by Love property, they actually care about their tenants. Sal has to have a mention for going above and beyond on numerous occasions. Been a pleasure. Would certainly recommend this brilliant service.
