GoogleExcellent service from start to completion. Daryl was very helpful, from us viewing the property to the offer being accepted and key collection arranged. Nicole was outstanding in her customer service. Efficient helpful and always in regular contact we couldn't have asked for more. I can't recommend Love Property highly enough, especially as communication from the solicitors was limited at times. Thanks again to both of you for helping make the buying experience as stress free as possible.

GoogleI have mainly worked with Sal and Anne, both go above and beyond to make sure what ever I need is sorted or dealt with. The phone is always on and I have never not had an email back within 24hours. Whatever your property requirements are LoveProperty is the company for you!

GoogleBefore using Love Property, I believed the agent really didn’t make much difference to whether your house sold or the price achieved. I was very much driven by the fees even though there was never much difference in cost. I was so wrong!!! The ladies at Love Property are amazing! The attention to detail for the property listing, their communication with ourselves and potential buyers was excellent. They managed all the viewings. Having had terrible experiences selling properties. agents never answering the phone or returning calls, agency staff liasing with potential buyers even though they’d never stepped foot in my house, I knew it was going to be off putting for a potential buyer also. Love Property were the reason we achieved over our asking price when another agent wasn’t even getting people through the door. I would not hesitate to recommend Love Property to anyone and would only use them again in the future.

GoogleI booked 3 Estate Agents to value our property. Love property was the first to value it. As soon as Laura started to speak I knew I was gonna like her. Straight talking. Knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I also really liked her business approach on how she sells her homes. Makes a lot of sense and you can tell she has done a lot of research to make sure she is on the mark with the industry as it ever changes. Her work colleagues were equally as nice as her, which is rare. You can tell she chooses them wisely and incentivises them to enjoy their work and surroundings. Was really a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. True professionals do still exist!!!

GoogleLaura came to value my property for sale following the death of my husband. She was friendly, empathetic and not at all pushy. She actually made me feel that she wanted the best for me. What particularly impressed me was that after giving her valuation she then discussed in detail with me how she intended to get that price. At the end of the appointment we agreed that I needed more time at home before placing the house on the market. When the time comes I will have no hesitation in contacting her to move forward. A thoroughly professional experience throughout.

GoogleLove Property are the best people to sell your home. Love Property have sold my mum's home for her. Mum and I moved in the house when I was 7 and I am now 60. Mum has reluctantly had to move out due to ill health, with my step dad and come to live with my husband and I. Laura from Love property was very sensitive to the selling of our beloved family home. She appreciated how important it was that the house was marketed in the right way. The brochure was wonderful and prepared after mum and my step dad had moved out, with consultation from us. This meant that mum and dad didn't have to endure people visiting their home, whilst in ill health. Deven, then informed us of all viewings and subsequent offers. We were given time to think and make the right choice for the sale. After we had sold the property, Nicole then took over and contacted us regularly to keep us informed about how the sale was progressing. This was by telephone and e- mail. We felt supported, every step of the way. Selling a house can be so stressful and thanks to this wonderful team at Love Property, we felt no stress at all. My mum and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend Love Property to anyone who needs to sell their house. They are so professional, kind and compassionate. Just wonderful!

FacebookAfter being a tenant before, there was no option to go anywhere else. Sal and team were fantastic when looking for houses to rent. The whole team were very supportive throughout the whole process, very adaptive with the current Covid situation. A very quick slick professional process from start to finish, with a personal touch. I personally would 100% recommend Love Property, whether it is to buy or rent.

GoogleHad a terrible experience, staff were rude unhelpful and unorganized throughout my renting experience. Waste of fees I actually paid to them. Waited months for them to report anything to get repaired. Just do not use! Unprofessional staff. Even the times they say they are open on the front door or on google arent correct. Says it all! (Reply) Your are quite welcome to the review, I see it is not an isolated incident when reading other reviews. I did put a complaint in directly with yourselfs at the time. I feel the internet needed to see this review as it was an honest account of my experiences. It may help people's decions, when choosing a letting agent. If you wish to discuss it, it might have been wise to resolve the issues at the time. Not ask someone to post their telephone number on a open source platform such as this. Thank you.

GoogleI recently put my family home on the market with love property. Incredibly, i accepted an offer for over the asking price within 48 hours. This company brings a fresh, innovative approach to house selling. I watched a live viewing of my house on Facebook and it looked amazing. Their use of lighting is very effective and virtually staging my empty house was a great idea. Their after sale team are extremely good at keeping you posted with the whole procedure. Love property are super professional and I was delighted with the result, service and the whole procedure.

Thoroughly explains the process, happy to answer any questions and really tries her best to get a mutually beneficial solution for everyone involved . GoogleI personally have not had the best experiences with love property in the past, I found some staff quite rude, and often works were not completed on time or even at all in some cases. So when looking to buy my home this was a company I didn't even consider due to very unpleasant experiences I had. It is also an agent that I do not recommend to family or friends.
Thank you for your review, we used to have a tenant of a similar name to you but that connection with our company ended in 2015. It’s always good to get feedback and many things have changed in the last 7 years and I am sure that if you are that same person and you worked with us now I would expect you would have a very different and much more positive experience if yours wasn’t as good as you would have liked. As a small independent business that employs local staff and uses other small businesses in our area it is really important to get honest and constructive feedback to help us grow and develop into a better version of ourselves and continue to serve the local community. I have sent you an email (if it’s the same address) as we would really appreciate some feedback on what you exactly happened that sat with you for so many years and just why you didn’t say anything at the time.
