Renting out your property. I have been with Love Property for several about 5 years now. After being dubious about renting my house out yet having no other option due to my job they quickly put me at ease. The staff working there have all been amazing. Whenever I needed new tenants they promptly advertise the property and keep my updated with the process. If repairs need doing they will get several quotes and run it by me then ensure the repair is carried out and tenants are content. Obviously some repairs cost a lot more than others but they often come up with a solution to help meet payments on repairs. They ensure the property is handed back in as good condition as it was taken over including the outside area/garden which is reassuring when the property means a lot to you. They are clearly taking after their name..... Because they show that they love the property as much as you do.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home I couldn’t recommend Love Property highly enough! We were let down by another agent and Love Property stepped up and restored our faith!
