Claire has been excellent in helping us find a rental properly from abroad. She was super flexible with our requirements and timing and always kept us in the loop once we found the property. She did an extra video viewing and asked many questions to current tenants on our behalf. I would highly recommend Claire and her team and if were to rent again would definitely use them!

I have a property which is fully managed by JohnDWoods , they couldn't renew my contract due to sick leave of their employee , they cant solve my problem I have to reach to tenant by myself and trying to solve the issues , 20 days pasts the contract end date .

This company make an appearance of disorganization, but could not possible stay in business, if they were, indeed, as disorganized as they appear. Having managed to fend me off for three days whilst I was house-hunting in France; I finally found that the gem of a house I had found - in Perpignan - was taken off the market; in order that it could be purchased by a relative of one of the partners/directors of John D Wood. Worse than inefficient and unprofessional ... very close to fraudulent! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with the John D Wood team during my search for a new rental property. All of their agents were of tremendous help in all stages of the process! Particularly, I would like to thank Jamie Cozens and Kelly Boswell for their excellent care and professionalism. At every stage of the process, they were kind, extremely meticulous and took great care to find a property for me that truly met my needs. So often, an agency experience can leave you a little deflated; you often get the sense that a particular property is being 'pushed on you'. However, this couldn't be further from the truth here! The John D Wood team paid genuine attention to my requirements, and later, during the tenancy negotiations, my questions and concerns. I would without a doubt recommend John D Wood! You couldn't be in better hands!

I rented a property which was managed by this company. The agents made promises they did not meet and the management agents are extremely poor. There was a flood and the information provided by the company turned out to be in accurate so they have refused to reimburse me for the hotel and all costs. I have had to instruct my lawyers to start a court process.

GoogleMy husband and I recently rented a property through this agent. I have to say that we were very pleasantly surprised. After dealing with many letting agents in the past, John D Wood far surpass the competition for service, professionalism, and sincerity - a quality very hard to find in this business these days! Jonathon Manto looked after us every step of the way - a true professional. It did take time due to a very elaborate and inefficient referencing system used by the company. But Jonathon made sure that everything ran smoothly and did his utmost to ensure that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Overally, we would recommend this company highly - why go anywhere else!

GoogleI was very very impressed with end to end service I received from the lettings team. Vatche and Edward kept in touch regularly and it's only down to their persistence that we put put our house with them to rent. My view was that if they worked as hard to sell our house as well as they did to get the instruction, then they would do a good job. Thankfully they did, our house let within a week or so of it being placed with them. Katy then did a wonderful job securing our tenants, who have since moved in without a hitch. I would happily recommend them to anyone in the Richmond or Kew area.

It took a while to close the deal but Tanya was very patient, helpful and professional through the process. GoogleI highly recommend John D Wood to anyone looking to sell or let their property. We recently purchased a property through Zoe Thomas in the sales team. She was by far the best estate agent we dealt with, she was so helpful and so on the ball compared to other agents we were looking through. We completely trusted Zoe. We later dealt with her manager Jessica who was also brilliant, she introduced us to the lettings department who valued the property we were purchasing for lettings. We signed up for the managed service and Lucy Fox the lettings negotiator let the property for the asking price a week after we completed the purchase! If I could give zero I will! Awful experience starting from when they gave me the keys and then literally disappeared! Then the inventory was totally different from what I found in the house and when I contacted them they said contact the landlord we can’t do anything! Glad that the landlord was cooperative. Now after leaving the house it took them 10 days to send me the inventory checkout and I called them everyday and they gave a different story every day! Now I have been chasing the deposit for 1 month! Literally awful experience, avoid at any cost.
