The team at Chase Bunchanan are a friendly, professional and helpful group of people. Finding my new home in London has been a long and frustrating journey, meeting with multiple incompetent estate agencies. That was until I spoke to George at Chase Bunchanan’s. I’d given up hope, that finding my dream home in London was possible, but George and his team have extensive knowledge on the area and blew me away with the house options they presented me! The Best Agency in town

Chase Buchanan have looked after my property for 25 years since I moved to Australia. In that time I have had several property managers and numerous problems that needed fixing, all of which were handled with total professionalism and expediency. They have liaised seamlessly with my tenants and provided good reliable tradespeople when required. They also arranged a meeting for me to have in their offices with the building lease management team on one of my visits and were instrumental in helping solve the issues we were experiencing. I first called them on the 15th April 2025 around lunch time enquiring about the property on North Road, Richmond listed on the 7th of April 2025, with 1 room with blue walls, 913 sq ft. They told me they'd get back to me, but never did even after 24 hours. I called them again today at lunchtime (16th April 2025), and they told me that the property had already received 4 offers and I was not able to do viewings for it. I had to call 3 times to get them to pick up, so they are not the most responsive agents I've had to communicate with. On both days, I'm confident I spoke to Miles, but he didn't seem to remember me, and suggested I was speaking to Dan the first time instead. I remember it was Miles, because he introduced himself twice since I said I couldn't hear the first properly. EDIT: I must revise this review, because I can still see the property 1 month after writing this review. They have not taken it down! Either they didn't want to show me the property (bias?) or they've sold the flat but wanted to keep it listed to get more clicks to farm and redirect to other properties... Dissapointed!
