GoogleIt isn’t often that expectations are comprehensively met when you pay for a service. To have them exceeded is beyond unusual. Jo Fox fought hard for the best price for our property and worked tirelessly to manage the chain- from top to bottom to ensure a seamless and painless sale and purchase. Jo and her team are setting the standards for estate agents - rather than just following them. Thank you Jo. We will recommend you (and James) to everyone Colin and Samantha

GoogleDear Andrew, Thank you very much for your help during the rental of our flat.Your experience and organizational skills really made a difference in how quickly we were able to find a worthy tenant.The renovations and indeed the builder you reccommended to undertake the work to the kitchen and bathroom although expensive proved beneficial. We are planning a similar renovation of our other property in Richmond, and I would like to contact you for your expertise on that project as well, as the time comes closer.

GoogleI have known Chancellors for over two years. They have been very friendly , cooperative , un-bias , very honest without any sales push or pressure. Especially Mr Danieal Dicson from Richmond office who was my direct contact , for this period and he was exceptionaly helpfull in all my requests and always , i can totaly rely and trust his unconditional attitude to help witout any reservatiuons. I will recomond Chancellors to any one who seeks , services from a estate agent , especially from the Richmond branch for a profetional exceptional service , what they naturaly provide. I am very sorry that , i am moving away and no longer in touch in commercial basis , however i hope and wish, i will get the oppotyunity to use their services in the near future. Hope they will keep up this high level standard of service , to everyone not only from Richmond but through all their other branches.

GoogleChancellors have been looking after my property for the past 5 years and their customer service during this period has been excellent. Andrew Jourdain (who has a huge sense humour) knows his business extremely well and has been tremendous help and given me fair and impartial advice. He has a well qualified team of staff who understand the needs of their customers. Over the period, I have spoken to a number of my tenants and they all expressed their high regards for Chancellors at Richmond.

GoogleThe Lettings team over the last 9 years have always managed to provide a great blend of enthusiasm, professionalism and good humour. Led by Andrew they have always gone the extra mile in providing support and given excellent advice where needed or requested; it is always good to know there is someone to bounce ideas off in an open and friendly fashion. I’ve even managed to get Andrew to join us on the hockey pitch, though only once!

GoogleHaving had terrible experiences with several estate agents in the area over the past few years, I am extremely happy and satisfied with Chancellors services for the sale of our house. We were very impressed with the friendly and yet professional approach of the area manager, Joanne Fox. We felt that we could rely on her advice and now that the sale is over, very happy that we did so. Overall can’t recommend Chancellors Richmond branch enough!

GoogleChancellors Richmond really are at the top of their game, led expertly by Andrew Jourdain. I have been using them to let my properties for more than 5 years now and they have never been anything but professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to both landlords and potential tenants in the Richmond area as I don't believe any other company comes close to providing the same levels of service.

GoogleLettings department mislead customers to gain viewings and are highly condescending. Lettings fees are a rip-off for tenants. Generally unprofessional. Need to learn what customer service is and that without tenants, landlords have no business. Lettings talk to telephone enquirers as though they know nothing which is odd considering I was calling as a tenant and, unbeknown to them, a potential landlord with them - not anymore!

It was rented within a few days and all of the staff were fully invested in ensuring the move for the new tenants and myself was smooth. GoogleWe sold our house through Chancellors, and were absolutely delighted with the service they provided. The sale was handled by Joanna Fox and Daniel Johns. They organised an open day and secured a buyer within a few days from that. The whole process was managed in a professional, friendly and reliable way. They were always available and very helpful. I can highly recommend this team.
