GoogleI've had a great experience with Urban Moves so far. They sent round a great photographer quickly, and turned around the marketing materials and uploaded the full sales details online the same day. They then organised a busy and successful open viewing day. Really happy that they took the pain out of selling. Highly recommended.

GoogleHaving worked in the housing sector for more than 10 years, I considered myself to be a harsh critic. Especially when it comes to customer service. Terrible customer service from their financial advisor and then took a ludicrous admin fee (£400) and refused to give even a partial refund even presented with the fact that equivalent work only took 30 minutes - what hourly rate are they on.
