GoogleJust put my apartment on the market and Urban Moves have so far been brilliant. A speedy efficient service. Id like to say a big thank you to the lovely Jane Parker in sales and marketing who has been dealing with my case so far and has been absolutely brilliant keeping me fully up to date with developments and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

GoogleUnfortunately I cannot recommend Urban Moves at all. I was forced to use them for a sale initially as the property was shared ownership. On the property particulars they missed the train station that was less than 100 metres away, had the tube station with overground, DLR, and 2 tube lines down as just a DLR! Initially their emails seemed quite professional but then I quickly realised that they didn't respond to emails in a timely way. They then cancelled an open day on at 10.15 on the day it was meant to be happening, didn't confirm appointments until the last minute, and then failed to sell the property. I was told conflicting things about potential sellers who dropped out, and quite frankly had I not been required to use them I wouldn't have done so. I have subsequently sold the property quickly with another agent who were the complete opposite of Urban Moves!

GoogleHad a terrible experience with them in 2020. The recommendations they gave us such as Maxim Financial solutions were not helpful and left us hanging in 2020. Paid the money and all. It was stressful and hard at the same time especially during the beginning of Covid.

GoogleI used Urban Moves to market the sale of my shared ownership property. They provided a very thorough and friendly service throughout. Urban Moves are a great alternative to the usual way in which Shared Ownership properties are sold through Housing Associations. It was very reassuring having a tried and tested estate agent on board who understands not only the shared ownership scheme as well as the market. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

GoogleAll seemed good at first, very informative and eager to sell my flat for me. Then heard nothing. Have been trying to get in contact with Jane or anyone from urban moves for the past 2 months just to see if they are even still selling my property but can't get a reply from anyone. Left me in the lurch. I'd advise against using them

GoogleVery sneaky company. When you end your tenancy agreement, they have hidden terms to hold your deposit up to a Year!!!!! been waiting 7 months now to get my deposit back..... you have been warned!!!

We always appreciate genuine feedback and reviews but it is impossible to address a review from an individual who is not a customer, that we have no means of contacting and that erroneously refers to the business as a *SCAM*. We note the reviewers only other Google review is also a negative 1 star, and for a business he has also not actually done business with. Urban Moves has helped literally thousands of vendors and first-time buyers into home ownership and continues to happily do so.

Andrea, my colleague tried patiently to explain to you that you did not meet the eligibility criteria for the shared ownership property you applied for and that you can't take out a loan to use as a deposit on a property. It's not unprofessional to tell you that, no matter how much you disagree. It would be unprofessional for us to tell you that you were eligible and then waste your time viewing a property that you would not get approval to purchase. It is regrettable that you chose to take offence rather than take our advice. Best of luck.

GoogleI called this company to make an enquiry. The lady owner then verbally abused me on the phone. Unfortunately for her I called from my work phone, so the call was recorded. I have sent the audio clip to Right Move along with a formal complaint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are due to me removed as a Right Move partner

GoogleUrban Moves have for a number of years been letting out my property in SE1. Over the years I have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism and the tenants they have sourced. They have also been great at advising on HMO regulations and the necessary paperwork, guiding me through the process. I would highly recommend them to any landlord in the area.
