We had a wonderful experience with Snellers team, particularly Claudia and Phoebe, for our sale transaction recently. This transaction was made very difficult by the buyers solicitor who was unresponsive for weeks on end. A large part of the success is down to the perseverance and patience shown by Claudia and Phoebe who chased all involved almost on a daily basis and kept us informed. They were always available when contacted, always polite and understanding and always came back with an update when they could. Thank you very much!

Can't get anything correct

This is a review for the Teddington office. I cannot believe how many emails this company sends out that are incorrect! It is incompetence at the highest level. I would never recommend them as they 100% can't get accounting correct and write emails that are impossible to understand. Not a one off but going on for months.

Disgusting abuse of power.

Disgusting abuse of power. Willingly took references and holding deposit for a flat following a viewing. Then allowed the landlord to withdraw it from under my nose, leaving me with nothing and nowhere to go. Avoid at all costs as a renter. Landlord pulled the rug from under them. Don't be fooled.

After having my house with another agent who failed to secure a sale causing us to lose our dream home, Snellers stepped in and saved the day in the most professional fashion. Snellers is unresponsive

Snellers manages the property that I intended to purchase. I was asked to complete a pet consent form for a fee of 144 GBP. Multiple emails to Pryce at Sellers did not receive a response. Finally, contrary to the terms of the leasehold, I was told no dogs allowed. I asked for a refund of the fee since there was no reason so submit a pet consent form for a dog since dogs were prohibited anyway. No response on refund.

Extremely disappointing experience with this branch in Twickenham. After contracts were signed and deposits were paid upfront, the agreement was suddenly withdrawn because the landlord decided not to proceed due to renovations not being complete making the residence inhabitable. This left my friend, who is 8 months pregnant might I add, in a very difficult position, having to urgently search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. And everyone must know how difficult the rental market is. Even after reaching out to the director and numerous agents, The way the situation was handled showed a real lack of accountability and care. Communication was poor, suitable properties were not properly presented, and our offer was not progressed as expected. It felt like our time and circumstances were not taken seriously at all. They claimed to be "trying to help" but wasted their time even more by showing my friend properties that were completely out of their criteria. Not to mention when discussed with the director he avoided any accountability and blamed it all on the owner. I would strongly advise to avoid this company if possible.

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE Snellers Twickenham. Absolute worst service from the Director, Alex to the manager, Jack and agents. They will simply waste your time and cause you so much stress. They have no care for human well being and just want to be paid. After signing a contract and paying all fees 3 months in advance, they breached the contract and told us the landlord no longer wanted to rent and we would need to find another property. At 8 months pregnant I was left desperately searching for a new property. Snellers were absolutely no help and instead continued to waste our time showing us properties outside of our criteria and would not even put our offer through.We then secured the same property through a different agency.
