Snellers is awesome! We have been dealing with Nikki, Hannah and Aggy during the hunt for our home in Twickenham to rent. They were kind, relaxed and offered a lot of clarity, which is important when you are looking for a new rental. They gave us time to think and were not pushy compared to some of the other estate agents in the area. Sophie has been prompt and on point with any issues as well. Overall, we fully recommend Snellers if your hunting for a place.

Excellent property management from Holly

The property manager Holly Maingot is exceptional at what she does. She went above and beyond to listen to our concerns as tenants and acted promptly. She has been communicating every next step throughout the whole process, as well as working hard to grant us the best outcome. After some work was done at the property, Holly ensured that it was done to a high standard by going herself and checking everything. We want to thank Holly for making us feel heard as tenants, which can be difficult with other agencies, as proven with some experiences we have had in the past. We also want to thank her for making everything so straightforward and easy by taking care of everything. We haven't had to phone Holly once to ask for updates and that's a testament to her professionalism.

I have had Kieron as my main contact at Snellers Twickenham for the last few years with regard to renting out a couple of houses and he has always been fantastic to deal with…efficient, friendly and thoughtful. But recently he has surpassed himself. I had a very difficult issue with one of my houses to solve. He came up with a fantastic solution to unlock the problem and then followed it through all the stages needed to get it to a resolution. I used Snellers Teddington 3 years ago to find a corporate tenant. The whole process was handled efficiently and I saw no reason to change agency when I was looking for a replacement tenant. The team had changed since 3 years ago and although it did not start too well, the team has come in trumps since. Josh is now my main contact. I find him friendly and responsive. Some remedial work was required between the tenancy and Josh was quick to set things in motion with the contractors with a very short turnaround. I should also mention Ayca who was involved in the process. Snellers Teddington strikes me as a good team of property professionals and I would have no hesitation in recommending the agency to potential clients.

Selling your family home is never an easy thing to do and can require a sensitive approach. I felt reassured with Snellers track record/approach, and even more assured when Martin took the reins of our house sale. Communication was excellent throughout and knew where I was every step of the way and felt very reassured. My experience with Snellers Twickenham, Martin and team was excellent. I would also like to thank Claudia Bedenko who also worked extremely hard towards the end of the sale. The only time I had any issues was with the recommended Conveyancer. Best advice I can give is to go with your own trusted solicitor to make for a smoother service. All in all we got the got the price we wanted for the house which for us was crucial to pay for our mother's care needs in her new home.

The whole team, especially Martin, Phoebe, and Kris, have been nothing short of AMAZING. They must have put in hours on the phone, as we had a TON of viewings on our own home. Lots of offers came in, and they found us the best possible buyer for our home. They also were terrific in helping us when making an offer on our onward purchase. Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Snellers from start to finish. Martin was exceptional, getting us an offer above what we were expecting within the first week of us instructing him as our estate agent, before the listing was even put online. He clearly knew his client base really well and knew exactly who’d be right for our flat. Once we’d got through to the legal part of the sale involving the solicitors, Claudia took over and was equally as exceptional. She was thorough, persistent and seemed to already know and have a great rapport with all solicitors (we went through a few) which allowed things to get moving a lot more quickly than I’d experienced before. We had a tight deadline to sell too and she helped get us over the line in time. 5 stars for both Martin and Claudia. To top it all off, their fees were probably the best in the area for the service they were offering. Highly recommended all round.

For well over a year now Sophie Sheppard has been my property manager, managing one of my condos in Hampton. Recently, i decided to put the property on the market, which at the time i did not realize the issues that would surface regarding my long-term tenant and the following sale. I have to say i am truly blessed to have had Sophie in my camp. She has been a very proactive property manager that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks on both the owner and tenants' side, from rent issues, property maintenance issues to basic well being of the tenant. I travel a lot for work, so i can be assured that when Sophie emails me, it's about something i need to deal with. Sophie's emails do not just dump the problem in my lap to sort out, she provides probable solutions and ways forward to solve whatever issue is at hand.More recently as previously intimated, Sophie was a godsend, with respect to relocating my tenant (including court proceedings) and finalizing the condo for handover to the new buyer.I have never physically met Sophie, but dealing with her has been an actual pleasure.
