From the very start, his communication was excellent, always prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. Sam took the time to really understand what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to find me the perfect property. I couldn’t recommend Snellers enough. Me and my partner had been looking for a new place to move in together and they made it happen very quickly! From the initial enquiry for certain properties, to viewings and putting in an offer, we felt confident throughout the whole process. A special shout out to Agi who was amazing and so professional! I genuinely hope my experience will serve as a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of buying a house through Snellers Twickenham. I will only give you facts and let you decide whether to trust them. We put an offer down on what we thought would be our forever home. It would be a stretch to start but we could make it work. Kris (Snellers Twickenham branch Director) told us the owner liked our offer but would ideally want a little more. We did the numbers again and upped our offer, but having been burned before, our condition was that it be taken from the market. Our offer was accepted. We were ecstatic. Our kids were overjoyed. A day later, we noticed the house was still listed as on the market. When we queried this, Snellers ignored our condition and told us they were still having viewings until we show we have booked a survey. We booked a survey. Then they told us they will continue the viewings until we get financing started and book a valuation. We did so. They got no new offers that weekend, but the house was still not marked sold STC. We queried this again, and were told we need to show we engaged a conveyancer. We did. This game continued for weeks, but Snellers told us "hand on heart" they are no longer taking viewings or marketing the property. We relaxed. Survey was done and paid for. Searches too. Valuation was done. Financing arranged. The patient buyers of our home also did their searches and surveys. They were excited too. This morning Kris told us we were gazumped. He didn't even tell us by how much or give us an option to up our offer. So they were still marketing the property. They were still chasing new offers after all. They lied. My wife is devastated. My daughter cried. Kris is happy.

I reached out to Snellers 3 days ago about a gutter fault on our neighbour's Victorian conversion (which includes one apartment managed by Snellers). Sophie was proactive in swiftly forwarding my report to the relevant management company and promptly advised me that the gutter fault would be looked into as a matter of urgency. The faulty gutter has yet to be inspected or repaired so outcome of the situation remains unknown, hence the 3 stars. Sophie's own input at outset was 5 stars however.

The property manager Holly Maingot is exceptional at what she does. She went above and beyond to listen to our concerns as tenants and acted promptly. She has been communicating every next step throughout the whole process, as well as working hard to grant us the best outcome. After some work was done at the property, Holly ensured that it was done to a high standard by going herself and checking everything. We want to thank Holly for making us feel heard as tenants, which can be difficult with other agencies, as proven with some experiences we have had in the past. We also want to thank her for making everything so straightforward and easy by taking care of everything. We haven't had to phone Holly once to ask for updates and that's a testament to her professionalism.

I used Snellers Teddington 3 years ago to find a corporate tenant. The whole process was handled efficiently and I saw no reason to change agency when I was looking for a replacement tenant. The team had changed since 3 years ago and although it did not start too well, the team has come in trumps since. Josh is now my main contact. I find him friendly and responsive. Some remedial work was required between the tenancy and Josh was quick to set things in motion with the contractors with a very short turnaround. I should also mention Ayca who was involved in the process. Snellers Teddington strikes me as a good team of property professionals and I would have no hesitation in recommending the agency to potential clients.

Selling your family home is never an easy thing to do and can require a sensitive approach. I felt reassured with Snellers track record/approach, and even more assured when Martin took the reins of our house sale. Communication was excellent throughout and knew where I was every step of the way and felt very reassured. My experience with Snellers Twickenham, Martin and team was excellent. I would also like to thank Claudia Bedenko who also worked extremely hard towards the end of the sale. The only time I had any issues was with the recommended Conveyancer. Best advice I can give is to go with your own trusted solicitor to make for a smoother service. All in all we got the got the price we wanted for the house which for us was crucial to pay for our mother's care needs in her new home.
