Our property manager, Bella Murton, is a lovely person and acts very promptly to an issue. I had an issue where I had a leak into my room, she came that afternoon, she took a look and booked in the contractor to come and asses the issue the following day! A shout out to Gary too, he was also lovely and fixed the guttering as soon as the rain decided to stop for a while.

There were a few hiccups when I moved in to the house however, although it was a weekend, Lisa was immediately available and came to the house to assist. I have found Lisa to be approachable, efficient, professional and helpful. I have recently moved to the UK and Lisa has gone beyond the call of duty providing advice and support. I can highly recommend Lisa who balances the interests of both landlord and tenant.

GoogleHaving had a bad experience with our previous agents, 28 viewings and no reasonable offers , Snellers sold our house on the first viewing for the full asking price. Additionally they also obtained an offer for the full selling price from the second viewing as well. As a consequence we have been able to purchase our dream house in Somerset. I can not recommend Snellers highly enough as they do exactly what they say they are going to do. Staff have always been efficient in responding to any queries that we have. The whole process from arranging a viewing of the property to moving into the flat was all relatively simple and hassle-free.Our property manager Bella has been a great help in assisting us with any issues and queries that we've had. This has made the first few weeks since moving into our new rental flat a lot less stressful.

Avoid buying any property with this agent. I withdrew my offer due to their unprofessional and untrustworthy behaviors. Despite the fact that the seller accepted my offer, and that my mortgage was ready, Snellers (St Margarets) kept the property open for new viewings without exposing that it's under offer. I learned about the situation, having shared my friend's contact info with them. They recommended the very same house to my friend, unintelligently forgetting about the definition of friendship.
